Comfortable apartment on the outskirts of Berlin

The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room, bedroom and bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios Clinic. From the motorway triangle Barnim we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn train (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Net, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are within walking distance in 10 minutes.

Your large apartment (60 m²) is located on the northeastern outskirts of Berlin, in the middle of the Barnimer Feldmark, only 20 minutes to Berlin-Gesunbrunnen from Buch S-Bahn station. In addition to the bedroom, the cozy apartment has a sofa bed with a mattress width of 100 cm in the large living room.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Quiet Stay Zepernick – right next to Berlin

Modern, bright 64 m² apartment in a quiet location on the Berlin city border. The accommodation in a well-kept two-family house offers a view of greenery. The S-Bahn (line S2 directly to Mitte) can be reached in about 17 minutes on foot, alternatively there is a regular bus service. A supermarket and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are nearby. The A11 motorway exit is just a few minutes away. Fully equipped – with Wi-Fi, kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere.

Schwanenburg Apartments at Helios Klinikum - Apartment 3: This small, friendly apartment (15 sqm) has a double bed, bathroom, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Supermarkets, a bakery and drugstore are within walking distance. Parking and Wi-Fi (suitable for surfing/emails, not suitable for streaming/video calls) are available free of charge. Our location is in Panketal, right on the Berlin city border. There is a bus stop in front of the house.

No contact with the host is required. It's a completely separate apartment. Well suited for quarantine purposes. Rent an apartment in my house here. Two rooms with kitchen and bathroom in the quiet Blankenburg with roof terrace and garden. Animal and child-friendly. Check-in possible at any time. Friendly and helpful host in case there are any problems and questions. Wallbox available and possibility of use.

Places to call home

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. The apartment has 2 rooms on 43 m² of living space and thus plenty of space for 2 people. There is also a covered parking space about 2.30 m high with a barrier directly on the property.
