The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room, bedroom and bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios Clinic. From the motorway triangle Barnim we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn train (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Net, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann and the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch are within walking distance in 10 minutes.

Welcome to Berlin Mahlsdorf! Here, a simple studio apartment with bathroom awaits you. The place is a good retreat in the hustle and bustle of the big city and yet well connected: 5-minute walk to the tram to Köpenick 7-minute walk to the Mahlsdorf S-Bahn station 35 minutes by line S5 to Alexanderplatz Right on Bundesstraße 1. Despite everything, it is quiet here. The entrance to the apartment is separate from the house and equipped with its own key. Come by!

In the north of Berlin and only 20 minutes from the center you will find our beautiful vacation home. On 65 square meters is everything you need during a visit to Berlin. The house with 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to 7 people. Under the covered terrace or on the 30 sqm sun terrace, you can perfectly relax after a city stroll and end the day. We are a young family and also live on the premises. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Schwanenburg Apartments am Helios Klinikum - Apartment 6: This small, cozy room with bathroom (12 sqm) has a single bed as well as a fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Supermarkets, bakery and drugstore are within walking distance. Parking and Wi-Fi (for surfing/emails, no streaming/video calls) are available free of charge. Our location is located in Panketal, directly on the Berlin city border. There is a bus stop in front of the house.

Places to call home

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

Stay in the countryside not far from Berlin

The apartment is located in a semi-detached house in a quiet location in the countryside. Parking in front of the house. The center of Berlin is 25 km away. To the center to Bernau's old town 2 km. Bus connection nearby. It is about 2.5 km to the S-Bahn and the regional trains to Berlin. For nature lovers, forests and lakes in the area are very easy to reach by bike.
