Winter special price: Our house was completely renovated this year. However, since the gardeners will not be able to complete the greening of the outdoor facilities until the beginning of 2026, we have more favorable conditions for a short time. The covered barbecue and two sauna loungers are still available outside. Relaxing: the private glass sauna to unwind after an eventful day. Fully equipped: our newly renovated 60 sqm apartment with fitted kitchen, home office and terrace access.

The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.
