Spacious studio in the heart of downtown Alencon, close to all amenities (bus stop, free parking, bakeries, restaurants, bars, museum, media library, town hall, parks...) Composed of an equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave...) a bathroom with shower and toilet, a sleeping area and a living room area with desk and sofa bed. Note: the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and has sloping ceilings.

Accommodation in the heart of a stud farm with access to the pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the heart of a horseback riding stable. Other than the horses, you can admire the 2 bodies of water (a boat is available) and listen to the frogs singing. As the sun sets, enjoy the barbecue at your disposal and settle down at the picnic table by the water. If you dream of a countryside getaway not far from Alençon (15 min drive), this place should satisfy you.

Cottage in downtown Sées

Gîte in the city center of Sées, 300 m from the town hall and the cathedral. Rental per night or for a short stay. In summer, the pool is accessible to guests, as well as the garden (pool and garden are shared with the owner). The cottage is adjoining our house but access to the cottage is direct from the street.

A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
