Our cottage is located on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. Suitable for 3 people (2 adults+ child). The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized health resort since 2010, meeting climatic and air hygiene requirements. Many hiking and cycling tours in the surrounding area. Our granny apartment was renovated in 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shops, Parking spaces in front of and next to the house.

New bungalow/vacation home on the Ostalb

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Ideal starting point for your day trips. Or a walk in the Franconian Highlands Nature Park and a swimming lake is also very close. Our accommodation was completely newly built and lovingly furnished to prepare a few unforgettable days for our guests. Very convenient access through your own front door with a numerical code.

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Nearby (500 m) our local recreation area Stausee Rainau Buch is our apartment, where you have many opportunities for sports activities. In summer, the beach at the reservoir is a very popular destination, with the possibility to linger at the beach bar. Enjoy the beautiful area and simply stroll through the nearby cities of Aalen or Ellwangen. We have lovingly furnished our apartment with all the necessary items.

Business travelers will appreciate the close proximity to local businesses such as CARL ZEISS, HENSOLDT or LEITZ. A reserved parking space is available in the adjacent parking lot.
