Our cottage is located on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. Suitable for 3 people (2 adults+ child). The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized health resort since 2010, meeting climatic and air hygiene requirements. Many hiking and cycling tours in the surrounding area. Our granny apartment was renovated in 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shops, Parking spaces in front of and next to the house.

You will stay in a newly renovated and well-equipped 2-room apartment on 54 square meters in a friendly 2-family house. The apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchen, a daylight bathroom with shower. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the three Kaiserberge and nature right on your doorstep. Despite the quiet location, you have a very good connection to the B29 and are only a 10-minute walk from the train station. 

New bungalow/vacation home on the Ostalb

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect for switching off and letting your soul dangle...

Modern apartment in a detached house with separate entrance, terrace and garden area. Especially suitable for 2 people or the businessman/woman. Current Airbnb cleaning guidelines are carefully considered. The apartment/studio is 35 square meters and is newly renovated and equipped. There is a bathroom, a kitchenette and a sleeping and dining area. The parking space for one car is located at the house. Bicycles can be parked in a garden shed

Welcome to our newly renovated in-law. Through the shared large entrance area, you can access the basement via a wide staircase. A bright and friendly apartment awaits you there. Everything necessary is available. On request, a washing machine is also available in the laundry room. A spacious parking lot is at the house. The center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. There are shopping opportunities nearby.

Apartment near the reservoir

Nearby (500 m) our local recreation area Stausee Rainau Buch is our apartment, where you have many opportunities for sports activities. In summer, the beach at the reservoir is a very popular destination, with the possibility to linger at the beach bar. Enjoy the beautiful area and simply stroll through the nearby cities of Aalen or Ellwangen. We have lovingly furnished our apartment with all the necessary items.

Beautiful apartment (63 m²) rural and yet very centrally located. With a bedroom, bathroom and large living room. A very well equipped kitchen with, among other things, a Tassimo coffee maker, dishwasher and spices etc. Free Wi-Fi. If necessary, the living room can be used as an additional bedroom (high-quality sofa bed) for 2 people.
