Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. In the local recreation area there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Karlsruhe city center can be reached in 5 minutes by car or in 10 minutes by bus (stop 100 m away). In the immediate vicinity about 150 m there are two large discount stores.

Our spacious, bright apartment is in a quiet location, overlooking nature. It is in the district of Hördt, about 7 km from Germersheim. Close to Speyer/Karlsruhe/Landau. It has 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), open dining and living room with sofa bed (extendable), kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is about 68 sqm and is located on the ground floor. In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.

A cozy little apartment in a good location (residential area) on the outskirts of Karlsruhe. With very good public transport connections (2-minute walk to the tram). Supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment offers a large bedroom with a workplace and a large kitchen with a small kitchenette, a dining table and a small sofa bed in the kitchen, which can also be placed in the bedroom. Plenty of storage space in the cabinets.

The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.
