Close to the city center, minutes from the beach resorts of Neusiedl & Weiden (5 min by car, 30 min walk) - this dreamy apartment is a good starting point for many excursion destinations in northern Burgenland. The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

Apartment is super quite. You can enjoy your drinks on a balcony overlooking the SPA area. Our apartment is directly on a cycling route. Bicycles can be stored in the private room next to our apartment. Lake Neusiedlersee is in walking distance 10 min and Shopping Outlet Parndorf only 5 Min drive.

Island of tranquility /AVA 3

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Premises: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay.

Apartment is in a family house with garden in a small Austrian village close to Slovakian border, 15 km from Bratislava City center (15 minutes by car) and 50 km from Vienna (45 min by car). Located in a beautiful valley of Male Karpaty in Danube region. Cycling and tourist possibilities as well as original local wine cellars. In Kittsee, next village you can visit Chocolate factory and Castle or do the shopping in Parndorf Outlet.

Surrounded by shady fruit trees, the garden has a small playground, a trampoline and a spacious sandbox. Ideal for small to medium-sized children.

We have extended our spacious roof terrace with a small guest accommodation and completely refurnished it - great lake view!! The guest room on the 2nd floor with a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with toilet is accessible via a private entrance. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und sehr ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Apartment befindet sich im hinteren Teil eines Hotels. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Parkplatz mit E-Ladestationen. Natürlich mit Klimaanlage, kleiner Küche, Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung ist über eine Treppe im 1. Stock erreichbar.
