Vous disposez d'une chambre à l'étage, lit 160x200 avec accès réservé à la salle de bains. Véranda ou cuisine pour prendre le petit déjeuner (inclu) et parking privé, garage pour moto. This cozy 16m² room features an individual en-suite bathroom, a sitting area/desk, and a private 18m² terrace, offering the charm of an attic-style room. The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. Chambre au Rez de chaussée chez l’habitant dans une maison à la campagne, proche du Circuit du Mans (28 km ou 30 minutes) Nous proposons cette chambre avec sa salle de bain privative et attenante. Le petit déjeuner est inclus ( à partir de 07h30 pour le pain frais sinon des douceurs confectionnées maison). Il est possible de faire également à diner sur demande. La maison dispose d'équipement pour bébé. Attention aux allergiques, nous avons un chat!

Secure parking on the property. For stays of 3 nights or more, a microwave oven and access to a refrigerator can be provided on request
