Studio rental for 4 people + cellar to store your skis, bikes… safely. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor without elevator access, mountain views, ideally located, shops and restaurants at the foot of the residence. Suggested activities: summer (hiking, fishing, mountain biking...), winter: snowshoeing, Nordic and cross-country skiing, dog sledding, sledding... PLEASE NOTE!!! Sheets and towels not provided, no Wi-Fi, cleaning not included in the rental, pets are not allowed.

Studio sous les toits au 2e étage sans ascenseur, avec petit coin montagne, pour deux personnes maxi. Pour trouver la résidence et le studio facilement, bien suivre les indications données sur le site. (option : guide d' arrivée - itinéraire) Attention : des erreurs avec gps, google maps... D'autre part, comme cela est précisé ci-dessus, le studio se trouve sous les toits et est équipé d' un vélux. Il est impossible d’ ouvrir un vélux lorsqu' il neige ou s' il y a de la glace.

Au RDC, une cuisine équipée ouverte sur le séjour, une salle d'eau et un WC; au rez de jardin, une chambre avec un grand lit en 160 et deux autres en 80 et un WC. Pour finir, une mezzanine cosy vous attends pour le salon TV! Hiver comme été, l'appartement des Thures est idéalement situé pour vos départs en ski, à pied, en raquette, en vélo

Located in the hamlet of Roubion, ideal for hiking departures and cross-country skiing trails. Close to shops: supermarket, bar, pizzeria, tennis, multi-activity court, ESF. Come and have an unforgettable time in Nevachie.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
