Vhalerie’s Airbnb is absolutely stunning! The property is beautifully designed, both inside and out, with an elegant, modern style that still feels incredibly cozy. Every room was spotless and so comfortable—it truly felt like a luxury retreat. The outdoor space was just as inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. All the appliances were high-end and worked flawlessly, and the entertainment options—from streaming to sound—were top-notch. Vhalerie was an amazing host: super responsive, kind, and helpful whenever we had a question. Her communication made everything smooth and stress-free. This place was everything we hoped for and more. I’m genuinely looking for another reason to come back to Kentucky just so I can stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

Our stay here was very relaxing. Stunning house built snug in the woods on a river. Listening to the birds while drinking coffee in the morning was my wife’s favorite. Our girls loved the bunk room and the hammock. Small space but high ceilings and well thought out design, decor, and furniture made it feel spacious. We explored the Marengo Caves, downtown Salem, and just enjoyed slowing down for a few days. We brought food with us, and cooked all the meals. They have everything you need there to make cooking easy. We loved it and want to come back in the fall when the leaves change.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Lemon Funk Building for three days and two nights while attending our son’s wedding in New Albany. From the very start, the owner was incredibly accommodating, making us feel completely welcome throughout our stay. His friendly dog was an added bonus, bringing a warm and personal touch to the experience. The suite itself is absolutely beautiful, filled with a unique artistic and artisan charm that perfectly blends historic character with modern comfort. Every corner of the space reflects creativity and care, making it a truly special place to relax and unwind. One of the best parts about the location is how central it is—just a short walk to all the wonderful stores, shops, and restaurants around downtown New Albany. We enjoyed exploring the vibrant local scene on foot, which made our trip even more memorable. Plus, getting around was easy since Ubers found the area quickly and without hassle.
