The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

This is our wooden shack, hidden away in our little corner of Norfolk. Stay here and share some of the country idyll that we love. This is a peaceful, remote position, and we treasure the space, nature and peace we’re surrounded by - and hope you will too. The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

Green Dragon Cottage

Green Dragon Cottage is set in a quiet backroad just North of Diss (10 minutes), sitting at the gateway to the picturesque Waveney Valley. The cottage sleeps up to five guests and is created from former stables and blacksmiths forge. The conversion retains many historic features including wooden beams and pamment tiles, yet with modern amenities including WiFi and underfloor heated bathroom. The cottage has a private entrance, parking and is ideal for families, sat in our peaceful 3.5 acres.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Welcome to our beautiful oak framed annex in the garden of our cottage, looking over fields at the front and onto the garden at the rear. It is a large, comfortable , light filled space with quality furnishings and original art throughout. I am an artist and have a studio in the garden that you are welcome to visit. There is a large garden with pleached trees and cottage garden style planting . We are tucked away down a quiet no-through road in the heart of the village.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, and wake up in a luxurious king size bed. Open up the French doors and look out onto Banham Moor. The Pod can accommodate 2 adults and 2 young children sleeping on the sofa bed. The Pod is self contained, with an en-suite shower room and kitchenette. There is an indoor and outdoor table and chairs for eating or if you just want to sit outside and enjoy the piece and quiet and admire the view.
