Cute little private cottage, tucked away on a quiet street, right on the water! Beautiful view off the deck and private dock. Nice little walk down to the private beach area. Everything felt and looked super clean. Perfect for a small group of friends staying in the Wilmington area. Looks just like the photos. Would definitely stay again! :)

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

This is a cozy updated home that served us well as a centrally located base for the weekend. Just enough space inside, and everything was clean and worked well. The living room was comfortable and well separated from the 2 bedroom spaces. Michael is a very responsive and understanding host who was on the ball through all communication. Lots of outdoor space and the fenced backyard was a win for the pup, though none of the doors open up to it (easy walk around the house to the gate for access though). Not a negative but just an FYI to bring your own shower toiletries.

Nice stay, easy check in. Great spot for me and my two doggos.

We had a great stay-Jeanine was a helpful and responsive host and her home is absolutely lovely. We were staying in town for UNCW student orientation and this home was a perfect location for our family of 5. It is close to the university, close to the beach, and also close to the downtown river district. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The pool is stunning and very well maintained. It is such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious, comfortable, and serene in decor and furnishings. Lovely!

We enjoyed our stay at this airbnb and the host was very nice and communicative. It is not is the best looking neighborhood. We were skeptical upon arrival but it turned out to be a nice quiet neighborhood. We had no issues so assuming its a safe area. The house itself was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. The amenities were great and it was located in proximity to some really great restaurants, Battleship NC and the beach (both about 15 min away)! We like Brunches and Pies On Pizzeria near the house. Thanks for a great stay Joe!

Great place! The location was fabulous. The space was nicely decorated and beautifully maintained.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. Walkable to the cute little Kure Beach town center several different restaurants, Java hut, arcade for the kids. Best part so close to the beach. Absolutely loved not having to drive anywhere if you didn’t want to leave Kure Beach. Perfect!!

Harry was responsive and helpful. The place is walkable to downtown. We had a great stay.

We had such a wonderful time at Mary Margaret's place! Being steps from the beach was incredibly convenient, making it so easy to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. We also really appreciated having a cool bar with great drink specials and live music just around the corner. The apartment itself has such a lovely bohemian beach feel, it's really well designed and so comfortable. We're definitely hoping to come back soon!

Jessica and Jerome were very helpful and responsive to messages. Their home was neat and clean. Check was easy. I would recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this apartment while visiting our daughter at UNCW with our young son. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to campus, restaurants, and everything we needed. The host was communicative and made check-in seamless. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

We had such an amazing time at River Retreat! Felt very safe and comfortable right at home truly. It unfortunately was raining so bad one of the days but that didn’t stop us we still had a great time, make sure you enjoy that sunset on the balcony or catch the sunrise, it’s worth it! :)

Cozy Cabin was perfect for our family. Very clean and nice place. We used the Get Away house as well that was available during our stay. It was the perfect set up. And the fenced in back yard was very nice. We will return in the future for a future stay.

Great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, but very peaceful. Great place - fenced in yard for the dog, well equipped kitchen, lots of space for people to hang out, comfortable beds. This is our second time staying and we hope to be be back.

The home was comfortable and very clean. The backyard was nothing short of the peaceful oasis pictured in the listing. Neighbors were always polite in passing, often waving as we passed. The location is perfect, close to everything you want to see but it felt so private when you pull in the driveway.

Hooker Haven was exactly what I was looking for. It is a serene, natural retreat that invites you to disconnect and decompress. Even the rainy days were lovely there on the water. I wanted a stay that felt cozy and welcoming- like I was staying at a family vacation cottage and that’s exactly what Erik’s place feels like. I enjoyed the bird watching (identification books and binoculars were provided ++) and my pup enjoyed trying to catch the little sand crabs in the yard and on the shore of the creek. Hooker Haven is an amazing place and I hope its rustic charm will continue to be preserved. There’s only one thing I might suggest… adding a speaker to the kitchen; all of my best dancing takes place in the kitchen while cooking! :)

Really loved Kim's place. She has a special touch and excellent taste. Beautiful back yard, lots of flowers. Will definitely stay at Kim's place again. It's a gem!!!
