Holiday rentals with a home cinema in New Haven County

Andrew was an amazing host. He was very responsive to any questions and always made sure I never had any confusion for check in/check out. The place itself was very beautiful & spacious. We loved our stay here!

Pamela’s home felt like home away from home. This place has all you would need for your restful stay with lots to of close things to do and great places to eat. We loved her home for all the privacy, comfort and quite neighborhood it’s always nice. We woke up ro birds chirping every morning. Private parking was a must for my family and her place provided it. We will calm her home our CT home when we need to go back and visit. Thank you for all your hospitality. Until next time.

Great location. Close to everything. Clean and cute! We had some car issues and so got to the Airbnb late the first night where we then ran into a little hiccup with getting through the locks but everyone from the listing was so quick to help us despite the late night message. We appreciated it so much! Would definitely stay again if they’d have us!

I really enjoyed my stay! I was visiting New Haven with my mother and two kids and the space was perfect for our needs. Everything was smooth from check in to check out - great communication from the host, super clear instructions, and everything was as listed. Great and safe location too!

We truly loved staying at Polita's house. The third floor was nice and had everything we needed: an iron, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. We slept soundly. We were a group of six attending a three-day JW convention at Total Mortgage. It was a four-minute drive away. It was exactly what we needed. Polita is very polite and kind. She's always willing to help.

Our stay was wonderful! Thank you to the Hyatus group for being excellent hosts. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and is centrally located near everything. Would recommend to any friend and or family member.

I hesitate to leave a glowing review because I kind of want to keep this gem hidden from all the Wes parents who will want to stay there! But, this spot is perfect for when you're visiting your student. It's basically on campus and feels like a little academic treasure trove of books and movies. It's not fancy, but totally comfortable and clean.

Barbara and her family are the nicest people! My long term stay was absolutely wonderful and she was always reaching out to check if we had enough supplies etc. The space was adorable and fully outfitted with everything we could need. I would recommend the space and Barbara as a host to anyone in a heartbeat! It could not have possibly been better.

I was enchanted by the decor of this home, from the backyard with a fire pit and a pizzaoven in the deck to the basement with a game room to keep kids and teens entertained. Claudia's home has everything you need for a relaxing family trip.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful Lake House. Everything was perfect—exactly as described in the listing and perhaps even better. You can’t beat the gorgeous lake view from the living room and primary bedroom. It was also one of the cleanest, most comfortable Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed, especially the beds and pillows, which is rare for a rental. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary supplies, and appliances and finishings were high-end. The host was very responsive and reliable. I would highly recommend and hope to return again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb near Kent, CT, and it was an unforgettable experience! The large kitchen was perfect for entertaining our group, and we spent many enjoyable evenings cooking and dining together. The game room in the basement was a hit, especially with the large movie projector and shuffleboard table – it provided endless fun for everyone. The large wood stove kept us warm and cozy during some frigid temperatures, making the house feel incredibly inviting. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it truly felt like we were staying in a 5-star hotel with the comfortable beds and luxurious linens. Michelle, our host, was extremely helpful and provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Such a great place to stay while we attended a family event in the area over the weekend. There was plenty of space for all of us and we felt at home! Would highly recommend and if we’re back in the area, would stay here for sure!
