Pet-friendly holiday rentals in New Haven

This is our second time staying at Rudy’s wonderful home but definitely will not be our last! Rudy is amazing at being an Airbnb host but he’s also such a great man. He’s so helpful and kind. We really love this home and getting to know Rudy more and more with every visit. We loved Laura and Dana’s Big Easy home by the beach. It was big and comfortable and every detail had been thought about to maximize our enjoyment. Drawers and closets and cabinets were all labeled so we didn’t have to search for anything or guess where anything was. Literally every need had been anticipated! Amazing. The beds and bedding and linens and towels were abundant and soft and comfortable. The kitchen amenities were awesome, from an air fryer, to a full set of bar tools and blender, to great appliances. The decor was happy and cheerful and creative and fun. There were so many places to sit and enjoy, both inside and out. Do not hesitate to choose this wonderful place for a visit of any length. You will love it!

Amazing, super clean, immaculate home. From goodies/food/drinks left for us to the squeaky cleanliness of the home we found it worth 10 stars!!! Jon's hospitality as a host was nothing short of amazing!! Perfect for SHU or Fairfield families staying in the area. Hope to visit again.

Would gladly stay again at this beautiful and peaceful house. The host thought of everything and was very responsive.

We stayed here for a college reunion with three families. Space was perfect to accommodate all families with plenty of comfortable beds. The third floor playroom was perfect for kids and kept them entertained l! Linens and towels were clean and abundant. Location was safe with easy parking. We would definitely consider staying here again! Host was an excellent communicator :)

Cozy house with easy access by car to Yale. everything went as expected.

Spacious home with a nice outside area. Enjoyed coffee with birds and bunnies. Will stay here again.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. I spent quite a bit of time just exploring the grounds with my dog. It was too cold to use the pool but it was still beautiful to look at and a nice view while I was cooking/washing dishes. I appreciate the tour I received when I arrived to show me around. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to book again in the future.

The pool house is so cute and the outdoor patio is gorgeous and the perfect place to relax. Great place to stay if you want to stay near New Haven but also want to enjoy quiet away from the city. Sue is a responsive and very generous host!

Glenda was friendly and had great communication from Start to Finish. This was a nice location for a family fun weekend. Although the drive is close enough to stores if you need anything (target/stopnshop/bjs etc), the property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The yard is a great place to hang out and relax with the fire pit or have fun in the pool. And when the weather was crappy the pool table and hanging out in the basement den was nice. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to find. We enjoyed the space and would definitely recommend. Thanks again! 😊

We had a lovely stay! The home was exactly as pictured — beautifully maintained with charming indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool was great, though unfortunately the weather didn’t quite cooperate during our visit. The location was also a big plus — close to so many great restaurants and shopping options. The Karleen and Kim were wonderful — kind, responsive, and clearly a lovely family. We felt very welcome and would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Allana’s house by the sea! When we had a small incident with the keypad, Allana was quick to answer my call and resolve the issue no problem. Everything was clean and beautiful! We especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the back to enjoy our meals. The view from the master bedroom and deck is incredible! We highly recommend and will be back!

Jim’s place was an absolute gem for my inaugural trip to Black Rock! The Loft is incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness, attention to detail, and beautiful furnishings. Jim's communication was top-notch, making the entire experience seamless. One of the highlights was the extensive music collection, perfect for setting the mood during my downtime. The bed and furniture provided a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. Nestled on a serene, tree-lined street, the location couldn’t be better; it’s just a leisurely stroll away from delightful restaurants, charming shops, food markets, and more. I can’t wait to return for another stay whenever I’m in the area!

Great little spot. This rental has everything you need. Forget something-they got it. Very clean and modern with thoughtful touches. Had an extended stay here and extended for longer. 1 bedroom with loft that owner made into another bedroom for me. Loved it. Great deck, stunning lake view from all the windows. Owner very responsive to any needs. 100 percent recommend. Neighborhood lovely and quiet. Amazing respite.

Great place very clean. We were at a Lacrosse Tourney at the Yale Athletic fields. They are 1.8 miles away.. So very close to our venue. Parking is easy and there are lots of places to eat and shop literally foot steps away. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great time! Amazing location and the off-street parking was very helpful. Our kids loved being down the street from ice cream and Atticus around the corner.

Such a cute little studio walking distance from lots of restaurants and a comedy club! The giant window is what drew me to this listing and it was even more gorgeous in person! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and clean. Really loved the tall ceilings as well. The gifted cookies upon arrival were such a sweet touch that I really enjoyed. The noise level was of no concern to me but they do provide earplugs for those that may be sensitive sleepers. Overall, cute and comfy place to stay. Definitely can recommend this listing!!

Afam's unit was perfect for our needs. We came to New Haven for a class reunion, and the unit was surprisingly close and convenient to the university. It was an easy and safe 1 mile walk to campus, and a 5 minute drive. The living room felt homey and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, with super comfortable mattresses and linens. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water with strong water pressure. Afam was very communicative and friendly, answering my questions and offering great suggestions. You can't go wrong staying here. You'll be so happy you did!

We had a fabulous weekend at this lovely cottage. Located on a remote peninsula surrounded by the glistening water we couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience. The amenities were both convenient and thoughtful. Although we chose to dine out, the kitchen was very modern with upscale appliances and an espresso machine. We did bbq on our last night and had a great end to our 4 night stay!
