This Earthen house is made of sand, straw and clay. Nestled in a valley it is a peaceful and unique getaway. The cabin has four comfortable single beds and electricity, a wood stove for winter. Outside a fire pit and grill. A hand washing sink inside; and port-o-let toilet outside. You may be able to drive in (weather/road condition depending). Kristy was an incredible host from start to finish. She was highly communicative and made sure our check-in went seamlessly. We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend, and it turned out to be the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway on a peaceful lake. Kristy went above and beyond to make our group feel welcome and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift to celebrate the weekend! If you're looking for a tranquil lake retreat, this is definitely the place. It’s also incredibly family-friendly—there were plenty of kids around, making it the ideal spot for all ages. If we're ever in the area again, I’ll definitely check to see if Kristy’s home is available! Highly recommend!

The house was great, lots to do! The houses are close together and there is zero privacy in the neighborhood. There were some bachelor and bachelorette parties going on but at night it was pretty quiet. The kids were in the water all day both days, playing and catching some small fish! I would definitely go back!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this cabin. It was very peaceful and beautiful. We had a great time playing ping pong, sitting by the fire, and relaxing outside. The hosts communicated well and were very helpful when we had questions about our stay. I highly recommend this cabin to getaway and enjoy nature!

Was so happy to get the opportunity to vacation in this beautiful cabin. Every time we came back from our adventures out, it felt like coming home. It was so peaceful! The propane fire pit was a huge hit with the kids, getting to hang out after a long day out and about. The location was perfect, and the kitchen was mostly stocked with the supplies we needed for our stay!! Will definitely recommend and be coming back!!

This place was beautiful and well token care off. The host Kathy was amazing my husband got to meet her the day of our departure and said she was nothing but friendly nice and welcoming.
