Beachfront holiday rentals in New London County

I had a very nice stay at the Rex. It is dog friendly and very clean. Although my space was private, there are other rentals nearby and it had a camp like feel. I would stay there again if need be.

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

Beautiful house, amazing location. Super close to the beach! The house is beautiful and spacious, we were 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. The amenities are great and we felt right at home. Totally recommend it! We already want to come back. Thank you so much.

Barbara’s place reminded me of the way airbnbs used to be. It felt like home-away-from-home. The accommodations were high quality and clean, and there were even some tasty snacks! We loved our stay. Everything was as pictured. Stony Creek was wonderful, and we look forward to visiting again next year!

We had a great time at Twin Ponds! The studio was spotless and had everything we needed for two nights. It was a easy walk across the street to the beach and close to town. Would definitely come back.

Karen’s house is comfortable and lovely. It felt very roomy. The kitchen was well stocked, even had much appreciated coffee and tea. Our dog enjoyed doing zoomies in the fenced back yard. I

Meghan's place is exactly as posted it is absolutely beautiful, cozy, comfortable and did I say beautiful? one of my favorite things to do was sit in front of the big windows and read. You have everything you can think of close, at least 4 to 6 minutes away. There are restaurants, super market and pharmacies. But if you are like me and also like to cook sometimes on vacation the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Highly, highly recommend.

Joel was a fantastic host, very friendly and informative. House was beautiful and clean. Two things I will say(that the host has no control of might I add). First it is on a Main Street, people whip by the house fast and it’s very loud. And second, if you suffer from any type of balance issues or vertigo, unfortunately several of the floors are not level and either are the stairs. This is not something the host could do anything about but unfortunately it affected me a lot as I suffer with balance issues. We truly did enjoy our stay though and if not for my balance issues then we would 100% stay at this house again!

Fantastic location! We were literally a two minute walk from the beach. The studio apartment was as advertised and we would stay there again. We highly recommend!

An amazing stay overall. It was comfortable for 6 adults. Spencer was extremely helpful throughout our stay — I had lots of questions and Spencer was quickly responsive. The house itself is beautiful and has that eastern Long Island charm. The backyard had lots of space and is well maintained alongside the pool. We also enjoyed a sunset evening at the beach which is just a few steps away. It was a wonderful weekend and I am certainly looking forward to staying here in the future!

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

We had a great stay! Instructions were clear and the home had everything we needed.

Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

Great spot for a few days in Montauk. Really close drive to town only about 15 walk into town. Great food cart on property open when the weather is good. Amazing ocean views from most rooms hard to find in the Hamptons.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

You can not beat this location - quiet private beach right across the street, nice pool and about a 20 minute walk to town or super short car ride. The place is clean, as pictured and John was great to deal with. Will definitely be back!
