Kid-friendly holiday rentals in New London

The house was perfect for our stay with the 10 of us with enough bedrooms and bathrooms, and general spaces in abundance. We enjoyed the patio, the large kitchen, the living room and the playroom. We also enjoyed going to the beach most of the days during our stay, where Tiny had beach towels available. Thank you Tony for a lovely stay.

A perfect long weekend getaway for my wife, 2 toddlers and infant. Relaxing and great location. The little beach access just a short walk away was amazing. Already thinking about going back.

This was a fantastic place and great location. We were in town for my son’s graduation and it was convenient to the base. Host was so nice and recommended a great ice cream place. Will definitely look for this listing next time we are in the area!

Quiet neighborhood near the beach. After months of working 60+ hr weeks, it was just what I needed to reconnect with my family. Fire pit was perfect for roasting marshmallows. Next time we're bringing a kayak or something so we can go out on the water. So peaceful.

Our stay at Francesca's place was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as described, and even more beautiful in person. It was spotlessly clean, and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. Francesca was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The location was ideal, within walking distance to Ocean Beach park and a 20-minute drive to the Naval Submarine Base New London. We particularly loved the colorful and vibrant decor throughout the house, which added to the cheerful atmosphere. Though we were three adults, we were impressed by how well-stocked the space was with games and activities for little ones, a very thoughtful touch! The kitchen, beds and baths were well stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated the character of this charming, older home and noticed the thoughtful renovations. It's clear Francesca is putting a lot of care into the property. Thankful we were able to create wonderful memories while visiting our sailor.

We stayed here for a long term collegiate rental. It was everything we could've asked for. Great proximity to the beach and plenty of space to have people over. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. It was an absolute pleasure to call this property home for our senior year!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Holly’s place! We were traveling with 2 adults, an 18 year old and significant other and 2 teenagers and the amount of space was perfect! Everyone had room to spread out. The apartment had all the things you love about old homes, but all the updates that make life easier. The homemade banana bread that Holly left for us was such a personal touch and it was delicious. Erica greeted us with a warm welcome even though we arrived well past midnight. My daughter enjoyed reading in the cozy sitting area by the window. It was fun to watch the Hallmark movie that was filmed there. We fast forwarded the cheesy parts and enjoyed seeing the house in the movie. The area is peaceful and quaint. There’s a Dunkin about 5 minutes away, too which made our early mornings a little easier. Highly recommend if you’re traveling with a family!

Robert’s cozy loft was a wonderful place to stay. Very modern, clean and right in the heart of New London. Very comfortable and had everything I needed! Communication was also great.

So many good things to say about Marianne's home and the experience. - Communication with Marianne- super easy -Location - so close to everything but also so quiet -The treats - yum. What a sweet touch! And also coffee, tea and cocoa - very nice not to have to go out and deal with that first thing in the morning. -The space - absolutely immaculate and so cute and comfortable. Even the bath towels were luxurious! I know it's listed as a couples retreat but I'm totally doing a mother daughter trip here next. She is going to love it! Thank you for opening your home to us. If I could give more stars I would!

My family and I had a great visit at Nick’s place. It was a perfect location very close to the Mystic Seaport. Nick’s place was beautifully clean and perfect for our stay. We hope to stay there again!!

Kevin’s studio was in a perfect location for checking out Mystic. He gave clear instructions and was quick to respond when I sent him a message. We will keep this place in mind for next time we go to Mystic!

Harper House was absolutely beautiful! It is in the perfect spot in mystic to walk to pretty much everything! We walked to dinner and lunch everyday as well as the shops. Food is great in this area and the hosts left us some great recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in mystic!

We loved Montauk - low key, wild and upmarket at the same time. This apartment was perfect, super quiet yet near everything and loved seeing wild deer from the terrace

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

We stayed in town for an event at Mohegan Sun. The flexible check in was helpful as we got in late at night. The place was clean and welcoming.
