Very fresh and clean, welcoming and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, one with walk-in shower. Plenty of soft, clean towels, washcloths and bathroom amenities. Beds are very comfortable. TV in all the rooms. Nice appointments throughout. All very modern appliances in kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots/pans and baking equipment to prepare meals. It also has laundry room with detergent provided. Nice patio with seating & table. Some traffic noise from being near the I-17 but that also makes the home easily accessible. Jessica was very responsive and hosts a very nice home away from home. Will definitely book again.

Deanna’s place was perfect for a long term stay for the pup and I. There is trail access literally across the street and there are miles of them. Great patios for sunrises and sunsets. I worked remotely and internet was very fast. It’s a bit of a distance from any “typical” Phoenix activities, but outdoor recreating and motor sports is literally out the door. Deanna was very responsive and accommodating. The only downside, which is completely out of her control, was there are a lot of dogs that are out at night. They can be very vocal for extended periods.
