Pet-friendly holiday rentals in New River

Loved staying here! The house and pool were perfect for us! House was cozy, comfortable, clean, and the bed was very comfy! The pool was clean and so relaxing! Went on walks everyday around the neighborhood and it was a very safe friendly neighborhood! Yummy restaurants close by and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this place and will be staying again next time!

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

Jose’s place was incredible, my fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay!! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and the backyard was immaculate. The house had everything you might need during your stay and it was also very close to many amenities making it a super convenient location. Jose was a great host and very quick communicator. When we visit this area again we would love to return to casa Bella!!

The house was very beautiful, and that view was even more spectacular. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.. There were a few unreported dings and scratches to furniture and wall within the property, but once we notified the host they were addresses. Overall, great stay and host.

We stayed at Sam’s place for a few days in June and will definitely be back if we are in the area again. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated and Sam was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

In town for my niece's graduation from Boulder Creek. The location provided easy access to family and friends in North Phoenix and Anthem. Clean, comfortable home located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. Coffee while listening to the pool waterfall feature made for tranquil mornings. The home had everything we needed. Care for the home is evident! Having the garage available for parking is a bonus! (Keeping the car cool in the AZ heat was lovely!) Would absolutely stay again. Thank you for your attention to detail and communication. Greatly appreciated! 😀

I highly recommend Randall and his vacation rentals, he is friendly and made us well informed in all the things we need to know prior to check-in and expectations all through out the stay. The place is presentable with our guests and right after we arrived we already felt at home. Great stay, space and rent are just all right.

Everything was excellent, very clean, and the house was fully equipped and very spacious. The heater in the pool was very useful, and we loved the pool too. Overall, everything was excellent. I just recommend that future guests pay close attention to the address they give because you can drive and end up at another house. Make sure it's Avenue if you want to get to the right address.

Jay was very responsive any time I had a question and was very proactive. Pictures of the unit are precise and I will be staying here again. Love the gym area as well. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great accommodations

I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, private, peaceful, and super convenient. Check-in was a breeze, and the pool was the perfect way to cool off and relax. Dilyara was very responsive and communicative throughout, and all the instructions for accessing the home and parking were clear and straightforward. The house was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Would definitely stay again when back in the area!

I had a wonderful stay at Alane’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — very clean and well-kept, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, super close to all the attractions and everything I needed for my graduation weekend. Alane was extremely responsive and made communication easy throughout the entire stay. Awesome place to stay with lots of shopping in the area. The complex has multiple pools/hot tubs that are amazing for hot summer days.

Had a lovely stay. Enjoyed the pool most of the day and was able to feel at home and get some rest. We loved the decor of the home and the appliances like the huge refrigerator. Highly recommend this Air bnb to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable and well equipped place to stay!

This property was a great find! Angie goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and all the amenities were easy to find. Beautiful home and neighborhood in a great location for shopping and restaurants. The game room was a fun surprise and we really appreciated the separate bedrooms.

This place was perfect for myself, my husband, my 1 and 1/2 year old and my 2 dogs. My baby had plenty of space to run around in the house and in the back yard. My 2 dogs also had plenty of space, they loved the fenced backyard. This house was also so close to so many things. Restaurants, shopping and more! This house was perfect.

Carol was a wonderful host, the house was beautiful we felt right at home, everything we could possibly need was there , the backyard was great you can tell Carol takes a lot of pride in her home. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

We had a MARVELOUS time! We’ve enjoyed many Airbnbs over the years and this is by far the cleanest and best stocked! Location is perfect! Mary welcomed us with a message full of information and suggestions! EVERYTHING was well explained and easy to use! We truly look forward to coming back! Beds were super comfy!! The fireplace was a beautiful added enjoyment! We walked to many places for fun and had very short drives to others! We highly recommend this Airbnb! Also recommend the short walk to Prickly Pear for shopping, food and entertainment! Driving a few more blocks to Buffalo Chip will immerse you in cowboy fun (music, rodeos, bull riding). A GREAT place for brunch is literally called BRUNCH! And, walk about a block for El Encanto...restaurant with an indoor/outdoor pond with ducks & turtles. GREAT STAY!

Very nice, would stay again. Kitchen well stocked, bathrooms had plenty of towels and beds were very comfortable.

Honestly one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in in Scottsdale. Great location, walkable neighborhood and the layout was perfect for my two kids and mother.
