Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in New York

Cannot say enough about this place. Very clean, cozy, plenty of room for 6 adults. Owner was very responsive. During our stay it was cold and snowy outside but nice and cozy inside. Wooded state land out back if you're feeling adventurous. Plenty of restaurants and shopping 10 minutes away.

This a great place to stay with incredible river views. Its perfect for any upper Delaware enthusiasts. Its the ideal place to finish or start a nice float trip down the river. Also loved the outside shower!

Booked this place to celebrate a my birthday with some friends. We had 12 people and we had plenty of room for everyone. Check in/out was very easy, and everything that was said to be included was. The room with the pool table was a great hangout spot and is bigger than how it looks in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a larger group of people. We had an excellent stay!

At first when i saw the house and the property was older and i wasn’t to sure i was going to like it . But don’t let the outside fool you . The inside had a lot for everyone . . Plenty of room for everyone to be together . It was great to have 2 bedrooms down stairs for us older ones . The kids loved the upstairs. With 3 floors and all those bedrooms was just right for us all . This is perfect for a big family .The host was great too . They ask several times if we needed anything .The only thing i could say was missing was a washer and dryer. All that being said i would for sure stay there again .

Good communication...the address and code to enter the house were sent the day before. The house is huge and it was very clean. It had late-1800's decorum throughout. There are so many rooms that I was never even in some of them. There are 6 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms upstairs (none en-suite), a giant living room, another living room (sort of) with some board games, a kitchen, a game room with ping pong and a bar, unfortunately not stocked :) The property is huge, and even though it's close to the road, it feels very private thanks to a big fence in front. The grounds were beautiful and well manicured. The rooms were nice and well-decorated, but the beds were too soft for my taste. It would have been nice to have ceiling fans, also. Otherwise, we all enjoyed our stay and I would stay her again.

Wayne is an excellent host. Always responsive and helpful. Location is perfect for a large Ski group. Can hit both Hunter and Wyndham easily. The Pub next door is also a lot of fun. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Bearpath Lodging while in town for our son’s graduation from Colgate University. The four-bedroom apartment was cozy, comfortable, and tastefully furnished with charming country-style décor. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing stay. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We were just 2 older guys that just wanted to ski for a couple days at Gore Mtn. This home was clean, well equipped, and extremely convenient to the mountain. We would stay here again for sure. Thanks

My family enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s place. The house was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Tanya’s recommendations were helpful, and there was plenty to do in Harlem, including shopping, restaurants and a comedy club. However, we spent most of our time in downtown Manhattan, which was an easy train ride away. Great NY vacay!

A house, location, and hosts so great- it's tempting to gatekeep and not leave a review so no one else finds our spot. This was our third time staying here, and great as always!

Clare was a great host and gave many local recommendations right off the bat. She was very reachable when we needed something. Place was clean (very nice bathroom) but we did find a few bugs here and there (it's on the ground floor and we visited in summer) so would recommend bringing bug spray. Overall great stay.

I had a truly lovely, peaceful stay and would highly recommend the Peaceful Post! The apt. was not only spacious, but also immaculately clean. It matched the website description with no surprises, and seemed newly renovated. The large, well kept yard was so nice for sunny morning coffee. I was contacted by the Host, Diane, to see if I was comfortable and to ask if I needed any recommendations for places to go in Kingston. I look forward to my next stay!
