An incredibly charming, rustic, simple and comfortable small cottage, in a gorgeous rural setting. Just as advertised. It was perfect. Right across the road is Tivoli Bays, with beautiful trails for walking and hiking, and a small waterfall too. If you like, it's just a short walk to Broadway, the main strip in the village of Tivoli. You'll find a few restaurant options, a small market, sandwich shop, excellent coffee, and homemade ice cream. I met Yuko who couldn't be nicer and was a pleasure to chat with. A great experience all around - highly recommend booking a stay!

It’s a really sweet location on a working organic farm. The stairs to get to the loft are definitely for the agile, but otherwise it’s a nice little lay-out.

Stayed here for four days for a retreat after graduating college. Perfect getaway for one person. Beautiful home close to downtown Ithaca and lots of amazing hiking within reach as well as Cornell University. Exactly what I was looking for.

This was probably one of the best AirBnb’s I’ve stayed in. It was clean, beautiful, had everything we needed, was secluded and peaceful, and Pam was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave us local recommendations that were 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in upstate NY. The place was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Great cozy cabin in a perfect spot for Catskills exploration. Super close to places to eat in Phoenicia and surrounding area. Easy to find just off a main road but far enough away to be quiet. Very pleased, would book again.

We had a wonderful weekend at Camp Stardust! It is a beautiful spot and a lovely, cozy home. I highly recommend hiking to Fawn Lake (gorgeous swimming spot) and to the waterfalls on Goldmine Stream off the Powley-Piseco road.

We had an incredible stay at Leah’s Tiny House. Our favorite moment was when we returned from dinner just at dusk to witness hundreds of fireflies lighting up the meadow behind the house. Unfortunately, with the rains/humidity, we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside on the patio as the mosquitos were terrible. We loved the house and amenities as well as the location! The only issue we had were the beds. I slept on the sofa pull out and had a pretty terrible night’s sleep with a lot of back and neck pain the next days. If you have any issues with your spine (as I do), it will not be a restful night sleep unfortunately. My friend had a better night sleep; however, she did state that her bed wasn’t the most comfy. That would be the only thing to make it absolutely perfect—good mattresses! We appreciate Leah’s hospitality and providing such a lovely place.

The view from the apartment was lovely. From the balcony, one could see the river and foothills. The apartment itself was spotless with a very comfortable bed. The location was great for accessing things to do. The only challenge was the wifi which was weak.

This has to be the best airbnb I've stayed in, absolutely beautiful place, had anything you could need on a trip. My girlfriend and I loved staying here and enjoyed our time immensely. Highly recommend staying here, very peaceful private place if you need quiet place to get away.

Mark’s & Lori’s tiny house was perfect base to show my parents around the Catskills. I was very impressed by the attention to detail in the house - I noticed great little touches like a torch, headlamps, and insect repellant. They even had a little stationary draw in the kitchen. I personally loved the fresh coffee beans available for use by guests. The house is located a short 10 min drive from Woodstock village if you want to grab groceries or eat out. It’s worth nothing that while the bedrooms aren’t full height, my 70 and 75 year old parents were able to navigate the stairs and low ceiling just fine. I can’t wait to go back to Mark & Lori’s tiny but perfect house! ❤️

We absolutely loved staying in this perfect cabin. It was so beautiful, smelled of cedar(!), and felt secluded and peaceful at the top of the hill. We spent a dreamy evening out in the backyard with a fire going, and an even dreamier night curled up on the couch with a record on when it started pouring rain! Everything was super clean and well-equipped. We had a small issue one morning when the toilet wasn’t flushing, but Lenny was super responsive and kind and had it fixed while we were out. We loved it here. Would stay again if we find ourselves back in the area!

This cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. Peaceful and private with beautiful forest surrounding it. About a 10-15 minute drive from tons of wineries and breweries. We had a great vacation!

Zosia’s place is an amazing gem - very close to some amazing hikes in the Catskills and a wonderful farmers market. It was the perfect place to reset and connect with nature and find stillness. From the stream, to the outdoor shower, to the amazing birdwatching and perfect bed/kitchen set up- it really could not have been better!!

This house was absolutely exactly everything we were looking for. While the footprint may be small, every amenity you could possibly think of was included. In addition, Pat, Kelley and team were wonderful hosts. They were very communicative and answered all of our questions within minutes. I would hesitate consider another stay at their house should our travels bring us back to the Catskills area.

Super cute and intimate spot in the Catskills. Fully equipped cabin for a pleasant and relaxing stay in the mountains. The cabin is really clean. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere!

My sister and I enjoyed our one night at Sourabh’s place! He was very proactive in providing directions and making sure we had everything we needed. Sourabh gave us a ton of good local recommendations, including a swimming spot that’s only a three minute drive away. The water was too high for our liking when we went, but it would be a fun place to check out in a week or two! The town of Leeds is super close and cute, and we had a nice dinner there. The Airbnb is close to a bunch of other towns and hikes worth checking out. The tiny house is tiny, as described, so definitely only go with someone you like. 😂

A great place to stay and explore the local area. It was small but had everything that we might need, including a kettle which was very handy. The decor was tasteful and the bed was really comfortable. Nick and Kelly communicated well, and check in was very easy. The only thing that we had an issue with was the shower as the hot water took a very long time to run through. The second morning we ran it for longer as advised but it still wasn't really hot enough for me. A small niggle - overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved everything about Mika Life! Jude was so responsive and helpful-even letting us have a package of important forgotten items delivered to her home ahead of our arrival! The house is small but well and smartly equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. We loved it!

This place is absolutely stunning! The home is a gorgeous blend of rustic wood and natural light — so cozy, peaceful, and beautifully designed. Jeff and Sharon went above and beyond with their attention to detail, from thoughtful communication to surprise touches like trail snacks and wine. The running creek behind the house was truly the heart of the experience. My friend and I started each morning with coffee by the water — and one morning, we even saw a bear!!! I couldn't believe it. Total magic! We explored nearby waterfalls, soaked up the beauty of the surrounding nature, and felt so deeply nourished by our time here. It was the most perfect getaway and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you Jeff & Sharon — we hope to return soon!

Thaddeus and Taylor are fantastic hosts. They provided detailed instructions prior to our trip and have been super responsive throughout our stay. And we also loved the place - super clean and cozy and we felt right at home when we arrived. It is tiny but has everything you need! The patio is definitely a gem and we spent a lot of time there reading books. Would love to come back in the future!

This was our second visit to Jason's place; we visited with family in 2021. It was absolutely serene, and just as we remembered! Jason takes great care of his guests -- we arrived to fresh flowers in every room, a welcome gift (chocolates, cookies, and breakfast staples), and just about every amenity you could possibly need (from a coffee maker, French press, *and* Keurig to ample cooking tools to mosquito repellant to firewood). The house itself is truly lovely -- sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and on a stunning property. We spent every morning drinking coffee on the deck overlooking the pond (which is exactly as it appears in the photos!). It's also located centrally in the Finger Lakes region -- we were driving distance to many fantastic hiking areas, wineries, breweries, restaurants, and surrounding cities. Finally, Jason is an excellent host; he's very kind, responsive, and proactive. We can't wait to visit again soon.

As for a man trying to have a special weekend get away with there wife or other half , I would recommend this place for sure to everyone I know , the ambience was amazing just walking into the cabin , an the amenities that they provided are excellent, an the recommendation for restaurants were great , if you are looking for a place out of the normal an a quit place this is it , my wife was very pleased an surprised an pleased , , .
