Located on the nicest block near Prospect Park, our place has beautiful light throughout. Two short blocks to prospect park and famous Brooklyn Bandshell as well as half a block to the subway will make your commute a breeze to anywhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan. We love our neighborhood feel while still in the most exciting borough of New York!

No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)
