Holiday rentals with lake access in Newbury

We had a wonderful stay and would be excited to come back again! This cottage was incredibly peaceful and comfortable with great views of the lake! Danielle is very responsive and everything went very smoothly.

Shaheer’s house was squeaky clean with all the amenities from home. Loved the record player, Pacman and the open concept living area with huge dining room table! The outdoor wrap around deck was perfect! It had ample seating and lots of space. Shaheer was very responsive when I had questions and asked for dining recommendations. Co-host Lisa checked on us during day 2 to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for another visit and hope to have better weather to utilize kayaks & paddle boards! Loved the house! It was perfect!

We would absolutely stay here again. This host was a great host- very responsive and available to answer questions. The accommodations is awsome & included everything we needed. The exterior entrance was a nice plus, and the little sitting area with a view of the open field a delight. As a plus Quiet but within easy walking distance to everything We wanted to see! This place is amazing- absolutely what I expected based on the photos.This little house had everything I needed and even a view of the birds from the porch! The Grafton house was perfect for our multi-family with the big space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We loved the living room area where we could all sit together for family games. The property and house are beautiful and the perfect Vermont vibes. As a skiing family, we liked the location between our favorite ski resorts. Raphael was a wonderful host in providing instructions before our arrival and helpful advice. We really enjoyed our stay at the Gafton house.

Very responsive host! Quickly answered questions and very accommodating. The house was exactly as expected and very clean! She provided a great list of local restaurants which were perfect. Would definitely rent again in the future!

Tom was the best host so far. His beautiful house was perfect for summer or winter. We felt perfectly at home as soon as we arrived. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful house.

We can't say enough about how great this apartment was for us and how great Sandy and Tom are both as hosts and as people! Sandy is very accommodating and makes her guests feel so welcome by providing everything they might need (and also things they didn't know they needed but were glad to have!). The unit is well stocked and furnished very comfortably. The location by the lake is beautiful and it's so convenient to be right on the lake and also a short walk into town (and an even shorter drive). Our daughter and granddaughter had a lot of fun on the 2 paddle boards, and we used the canoe as well to explore the lake. There are plenty of chairs to sit by the lake, and it was really nice to sit around the firepit in the evening. We hope we'll have the opportunity to go back to Meredith and stay with Sandy and Tom again.

We were able to get the dock so it was great for easy boat access, great spot will be returning

A very comfortable abode. Would recommend. Was concerned about our uke music and voices disturbing residents above us. Especially liked the nearby rail trail for walking and biking.

The place was a wonderful place for a weekend getaway with my son and fiancé. The place was spotless, had everything you could imagine when it comes to visiting. I would definitely stay here or any else of their air bnbs!

We loved it here. Quiet and amazing sunrise view. We ended up extending our stay a week longer. Lindsay was quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay.

This is the second year we stayed at Paradise on the Pond, a great spot to access both Pat's Peak and Crotched Mountain Ski resorts. Cynthia was very accommodating of some changes in our schedule due to my upcoming surgery and she provided an extra very comfy blow up bed for a 3rd guest. Thank you Cynthia! Lovely comfy home with great views out onto Chalk Pond and convenient for exploring around the Sunapee region. Rob was super responsive and was so gracious to allow us to check in a little early because we were traveling with our little one. Would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed a great weekend getaway at this place. Denise was a great host who were helpful and always quick to respond. The house is cozy and clean, perfect size for two adults. It is conveniently located while being private. We kayaked on Paugus Bay and hiked Mt Major. Would definitely come back again.

We came up to Joan's lovely cottage for a peaceful, hiking Christmas vaca and it was absolutely perfect. Joan was a wonderful host, very friendly and generous. We wish Joan was our granny too! Granny camp was comfy, cozy, on a beautiful lake, with lots to do in surroundings areas. Would love to come back in the summer! Thank you!

My husband, daughter and I had a lovely winter weekend at Sunset Lodge. The cabin’s proximity to Mount Sunapee was perfect for a day of skiing. Relaxing in the cozy cabin and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was also time well spent. The homeowners clearly put a lot of thought into the decoration and care of Sunset Lodge which we appreciated. Suzanne is a great host, reaching out with details for a smooth arrival and check in experience. We can only imagine how wonderful it would be to stay here in the fall or summer and would love to return.

We stayed at the beautiful Lull Brook cottage and felt like we were in a snow globe! It was cozy, peaceful, and somehow even more beautiful than the pictures could even show. We are already talking about going back sometime in the warmer months. Heidi was kind, responsive, and left wonderful recommendations and information for us to make our stay enjoyable and easy. If you are considering staying here, just book it. You won't regret it!

We have been going to Sandpond every year for as long as I can remember. We love the lake and the area. Claudia's cabins provide us the ability to join our family there and have our own space. We absolutely love it and are already looking forward to next year!!
