Just minutes from Goring on Thames village and the train station, it also boasts a BBQ and outdoor seating area for relaxing evenings.

Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

A lovely self-contained annex furnished to a high standard in a quiet rural location on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, close to Newbury and Oxford and walking distance to Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Fenced secluded garden area with seating and BBQ for outdoor dining. The Annex is completely separate from our house with its own entrance and there's an allocated parking space for one car. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and there are some lovely walks on our doorstep.

There are a variety of places to eat close by ranging from cosy pubs to fine dining restaurants. Vine Annex sleeps 4 one king sized double, one single and one small single in twin room.
