Shower and toilet area flows directly to kitchen without a door, so this space is best for a single person or partners who aren’t shy about bathroom noises. And tall people, be advised: knee walls leave limited head room on either side of loft apartment. Ramshackle neighbors but safe neighborhood!

he perfect place to stay for all Indy events ! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. WALK to the track! Two KING size beds! Off Street parking! Bicycles available for use for the weekends! (please request) Open layout for enjoying your travel partners. Wonderful opportunity at a great price. Close to Convention Center and all things downtown Indy too! Airport is 12 minutes away. Please, NO Cats or other type pets, beside dogs.

This space is 720 sq ft with a private entrance and bath. It is approximately one block from Butler University, 2 1/2 miles from Broad Ripple, six miles from Keystone Crossing great shopping and four miles to downtown Indianapolis. We have a screen porch that seats four available for you to use during your visit

Relax in style in a great neighborhood. The house is central to Broadripple Village and very close to Butler University campus. It is about 15-20 minutes to Downtown or Carmel areas and there are lovely lounges and restaurants walking and a 5 minute drive. Please note this is a vintage mid-century modern house built in 1950. If you are looking for charm in a beautiful neighborhood this is your place. If you are looking for a new house this is not the stay for you.
