Holiday rentals with beach access in Newfoundland

My boyfriend and I stayed here with my sister and her husband. The space was perfect for us all to fit. The spa tub was very relaxing after a long hike. We loved it! Clean and beautiful! The sunsets off the balcony were to die for. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had coffee and everything we needed. Kayla gave some good hike recommendations. Seaside restaurant is just a couple mins walk along the water and was delicious. Would def stay here again!

Traveling through area for business. Convenient location, quiet area.

As many have said, the location of this spot looking over the harbour, is wonderful. The space is clean and the beds are super comfy. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Spacious and functional accommodation.

Our first night in Newfoundland and everything went perfectly. This unit looks and smells like new. It is spotless and very nicely decorated. We slept really well. Lucille was very friendly and informative. Nice and clean room for the same price as some dirty well worn motel rooms. We will probably re-book again on our way back, the night before we take the Ferry home. Thanks again. Denis

A really well-appointed and spacious place, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Quiet location, really comfortable bed and lovely views from the deck over the garden towards the bay. Denise is a nice lady and very helpful (and the dogs very friendly too!)

A very Cozy and Spacious place with everything one would need to stay for a night or several nights. Would definitely recommend it . And will stay there again in a heartbeat!!!!

Wonderful stay at this cute, cozy place. We felt right at home. Comfortable rooms and beds; great sleep, quiet area. The Beach House had everything we needed. It was great to put the kettle on, have a tea, do some laundry and watch the Stanley cup game. Stunning sunset and view of thevm bay. Penny's a responsive host.

Jenny was very responsive and made our stay trouble free. The house has everything that you would need for a comfortable stay and a great view. I would recommend that you bring your food and drink supplies before coming as there is limited availability in the area. Overall the rental provides for excellent value.

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, and this was by far the best one, especially for the price. The place was spacious enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children, and the surroundings were beautiful. It was very close to the lake, in a private area, exactly like a nice summer cottage. Marcella left a ton of snacks, fresh bread, eggs and milk in the fridge, and there was even coffee, tea, cereal and oatmeal in the pantry. I cannot say enough good things. The space had everything we could have needed and more, and felt just like home. Husband kept saying it was paradise indeed. Our kids loved it and we were just sad we couldn’t stay longer. Whoever stays here won’t regret it!

Our stay here was great! We enjoyed using the peddle boats and the canoe! As well as the hot tub! It is suitable for a single family as the home is quite small on the inside (we had 2 couples and 1 set of the couples has a teenage son so bunkbed situation was worked out) The house was extremely clean (coming from a house cleaner . Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Absolutely pristine property which is exactly as pictured. Monica is an extremely responsive and friendly host. The attention to detail in the Puffin Perch is amazing. So well decorated.and all amenities you need. The kitchen is awesome and stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. Great views and a ni e private area in back with seating, a firepit and bbq. We spent 10 wonderful days there and were quite sad to leave. Dont hesitate to book if you want to tour the Avalon peninsula. Ten out of ten!!

We enjoyed the peaceful area.The apartment was supplied with more than we expected which was nice , coffee , cleaning products and many other staples that if you forgot anything were available.A very thoughtful hostess who goes above and beyond and that is comparing to other Airbnb we have stayed at.

Peaceful close to a convenience store and to cape st marys, my Mother really enjoyed the sheep, the food/snacks

We were in the area due to a family emergency a family member was in the local hospital. We needed a place to lay our heads and rest while dealing with the situation. Vera’s retro apartment was fantastic. Very clean and had everything we needed! Thanks!!
