Friendly, welcoming host. Beautiful neighborhood, all the amenities you need when away from home. Stairways a little steep and could use additional lighting however, that was not a dealbreaker and I will stay there again and again when visiting Newport/Middletown. Great job Ryan!

This apartment is a block off the 4th of July parade route in Bristol. Quiet residential street but short walk to downtown, great restaurants, and historic locations. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. This was our third rental in Bristol and by far the best. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

Spacious, clean, and lovely apartment in great location in a beautiful town. Hosts were responsive, shower was great, and beds were comfortable, although light sleepers should know that the bedrooms are right up against the street. Loved the bike path and a lot of walk-to restaurants including SS Dion, Quito's, and Beehive Cafe.

Excellent apartment in the heart of downtown Newport. Walking distance to everything. Clean, beautiful. Appreciated the outdoor porch space. If I had to pick one small negative is only that outdoor night life, road traffic noise somewhat loud even after 11pm. Would definitely stay again!

This place was amazing the nightlife was outstanding everyone was so friendly. Dantes Kitchen is phenomenal. The bar underneath was amazing as well. I can not wait to book again!!!!

This was a great place for my daughter and I to stay during our college tour trip. It’s only a 10 minute drive to URI and much nicer than a hotel. The apartment is super cute, well equipped and very clean. William is very responsive and helpful. Happy to know it’s there in case my daughter decides to go to URI . I’d definitely book again.

Liams place is a delightful quiet cosy apartment, just minutes away from the high street ( Thames) and all the lovely restaurants and shops within walking distance. It had all necessary amenities. Was very clean. Liam was very helpful, left us extra water when we landed. He was quick to respond and very accommodating with a late check out. Definitely Recommended !

Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located near a winery and just a short drive from downtown, it offers the ideal balance of relaxation and city access. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place near the city, especially those with a car for easy travel.

This was an amazing place to stay in Newport. So close to everything, clean, and yes the beds were amazingly comfortable! Having the separate building for bedroom #2 was great for us and we loved being able to sit outside on the patio. We loved the location, being walkable to so many parts of town. Would recommend this place for sure~

Sarah's home was absolutely beautiful - Great location, wonderful restaurants (try Mama Luisa's!!) and the house looked exactly as it was described! Communication was perfect and we had a wonderful time in Newport!!!

Our stay here was wonderful! The home was clean, had comfortable beds and had a charming feel to it. I felt it was a great location with easy access into town. The host was very responsive and lovely to communicate with! If we ever return to Newport we would certainly stay here again.

Perfect spot to stay and explore Newport! Easy walk to restaurants and located in a fun neighborhood. The living area had plenty of space for us to hang out together and cook breakfast. Both bedrooms were large and comfy, and the two bathrooms made it easy for each couple to have their own. Hosts were super and provided a great list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay!

David's place provided the perfect location in town to walk out the door and be steps away from everything. Even though you are so close to the restaurants, shops and bars there was minimal outside noise. We did experience some noise from the apartment above us (which was completely put of David's control as he doesnt own the property above) he was quick to contact the owner of the property to help rectify the situation. A very responsive host. We would definitely stay at David's place again.

Super centrally located spot and fantastic host. This spot was perfect for our party of 5 to set up base camp while we explored Newport. We had 2 cars, so we used the parking pass from the house, and then it was easy enough to move the second car around with street parking. Would absolutely stay here again!

This Airbnb in Newport is the best I could've hoped for; the views are amazing! I'd totally stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit RI.

Chris’ place exceeded my expectations. Having never been to Newport before, booking accommodation always comes with an element of risk. But Chris’ place was situated near the water, among great restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with every amenity we needed (even beach chairs). The lux bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen was modern. The washer/dryer came in handy. I would definitely recommend Chris’ place and stay there again.

This place is at a very convenient location, with direct access to shops and restaurants. Two off-road parking spots are provided. The owner Katherine is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Newport.
