Holiday rentals with a patio in Newport County

Very clean and renovated place. Location right off Route 1. Easy in and out getting to beaches in Narragansett. Very nice outdoor furniture. Sharp knife set and nice cutting board! Quality products used for linens and comforter/ apt furnishings. Bed was comfy. Air conditioning was nice, worked well. All the kitchen essentials were there, bowls and pans, cooking utensils, etc.

Ian is very responsive. The area was very walkable and had a lot of great restaurants.

This place was incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotlessly clean everything was — it honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. The space is beautifully designed, full of thoughtful touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The location couldn't have been better — close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Whether we were exploring the area or just relaxing indoors, it was the perfect home base. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. A true gem!

Nice little spot near the heart of touristy Newport. It's not really in the center of all the shops, but close enough, maybe a 10-15 minute to get there. Right next to a really cool shop called Nitro Bar (literally 75 feet away) that serves awesome food and drinks. Also close to Firehouse Theater (100 feet) that had a great comedy show when we were there, I highly recommend it. It's a repurposed garage, stands alone, and has two full bedrooms that can sleep 4 easy. If you're looking to be near downtown Newport and not drop a bunch on a hotel and have a place to yourself, this spot has all you can ask for.

Super great location and walkable to just about everywhere. We also loved that she had easy parking right next to the unit. We had hot coffee in the morning and super soft towels in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and what Newport has to offer. Charming and really cute town, we love the outdoors so the Cliff walk was awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elaine’s place and will be sure to tell others of its charm and convenience. Hopefully we will be back as well.

This place is brand new! Very well constructed with all of the amenities you’d expect. It even has a coffee bar with real half and half! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and the wharf. The bed was a bit firm for our liking, but it is literally brand new and hopefully should soften with time. Excellent communication and responsive host. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Our stay was outstanding. We felt VERY at home and loved every minute we spent in this beautiful, cozy property. Leah & Su were so welcoming and kind. Wish we didn’t have to leave and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Rhode Island. I don’t think I can express how happy we are with everything.

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

The airbnb was perfect for our family of four. John and Shannon stocked it with essentials like water, coffee, and a few nice surprises in the freezer. We enjoyed a day at the beach with their beach chairs and towels. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to return next year.

Lovely home in Acoaxet with great water views and an excellent host.

My sisters and I stayed here for a weekend and had a wonderful experience. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The area was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We felt right at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and well-kept spot to unwind.

The house was cozy and in a great location. It was close to everything in Newport that we wanted to see. Plenty of room to spread out and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck.

Gorgeous view, great location, clean, comfortable, I can’t say enough good things. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We day-tripped to Boston and spent a lot of time in Newport, but we also LOVED the small town of Wickford that was close by. Lots of good restaurants. But I can honestly say I would have been content to just hang around the house and use the hot tub and kayaks. The back patio is incredible and the view is breathtaking. Get up and watch the sunrise over the water. You’ll thank me later. The place was only surpassed by the incredible hostess. Kelly was ultra-responsive, her restaurant recommendations were great, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need. Including borrowing her sister’s pack N play so we could have 2 since we had several young kids with us. She set us up with things we didn’t even think to ask for. You can tell she’s been a hostess for a while. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Our family enjoyed a week long stay at this beautiful property. Stunning home on the water. Everything we needed was there at the home. Home is pristine. The area was beautiful. Great walking areas and some great restaurants in the immediate area. Short drive to Newport or other surrounding areas. The host was excellent. There to answer any questions we had and never had to wait long for a response. Great stay!

The cottage was as lovely as described and on beautiful grounds. Stephen welcomed us with his delicious homemade carrot cake, a bottle of bubbly and a welcome card for us and a graduation card for my son! It was all delightful! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay, the place was perfect and just what we were looking for…. Very comfortable and nicely decorated, plus loved the beautiful flooring. The location was good, parking was easy to find, plus many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is on a main road, which was somewhat noisy at night, especially when the street sweepers come by, but that’s the price for being conveniently located , and didn’t bother us. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay.

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

This place was fabulous! It was quaint, clean, and a perfect location for accessibility to all events during Brown University’s graduation. We enjoyed the lovely patio as well!

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time. The hot tub, peaceful back deck, and large dining table inside were all perfect for our time together. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and has some good dining and cocktail options, while being much more affordable than Newport. We are grateful for the great stay!

A little difficult to find but great clean place.

We had a great six nights here. The space is super cool, well appointed with comfty beds and super soft towels, and was squeeky clean! We enjoyed the roof deck, the views to the waterfront, and the fireplace--and had an exceptional meal at Cork, too! Our stay was a combination of a work trip plus time to explore New Bedford and the SouthCoast and the location was great for both. Having a dedicated parking space was great, too. We would happily return.
