Monthly Rentals in Newport, Jersey City

I highly recommend Nicola’s place as very comfortable and well located in a charming neighborhood of Jersey City. Nicola was extremely responsive both when I needed to make a date change, and later when a problem came up he resolved it promptly, and got me a timely refund. It was one of my easiest and best Airbnb experiences!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We have been to NY many times and consider this one one of the best. It is strategically located so that you can walk to many of the most emblematic places in NY. If you like to walk, you will save yourself many subway trips. The communication with Kwan was 10 points from the moment we booked. He prepared a pack-and-play for our baby and allowed us to check in early. We definitely recommend it!

Sagar is an absolutely fantastic host! Always on top of things and made sure that my stay was comfortable. One thing to note: the bedroom is road-facing and depending on the day of the week, garbage pickup or emergency services can be loud at night. If you are a light sleeper, take that into consideration. It did not really affect me too much and the price is a steal for the location and convenience of access to the PATH trains.

I stayed at this Airbnb for about 6 months for an internship and really loved it! The place was super clean and felt cozy and welcoming from the start. As a 5'1" Asian woman living alone, I was initially a bit nervous about safety in a new area, but I felt totally fine walking to the PATH station for my daily commute. Having a washer and dryer right in the unit was such a plus, especially for a longer stay and managing my allergies! The kitchen had many appliances and utensils, which made cooking easy. Lillian was a fantastic host. She greeted me when I arrived, showed me around, and explained how everything worked. Anytime I had a question or an issue, she responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of. I really felt looked after the entire time. :) There’s a bit of a hum from the heater, but it didn’t bother me. Occasionally I heard some clanging noises, but nothing too bad. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place! :D
