Such a great stay near the coast!! The bed upstairs was so dreamy with the lookout over the river that ran by. The place had so much charm and really felt like an idyllic retreat for the weekend!

This place is absolutely incredible. The pictures don’t do it justice. Such a beautiful environment… With a beautiful babbling creek right by the house, just a few steps from the beach, a hot tub and great accommodations.

This is great place to stay if you are visiting Pacific City. Highly recommend! It’s a 5min walk to the beach, Pelican Pub & Brewery, coffee shop, grocery store and other restaurants. 2 min drive to other stores or restaurants around the area. The house is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The hot tub was great! Very quiet and peaceful place. Communication with Carol was also very quick. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I came here with a friend and we enjoyed ourselves soooo much. This cabin is such a beautiful get away from the city and we’d love to comeback. The cabin was clean, the beds were comfy, the hot tub in the back was amazing, and having a grill to cook was awesome. I will also say Christine and her husband were super quick to answer our messages with any questions we had so that was super helpful and appreciated on our part.

Lauren’s place is beautiful and in a beautiful location. So easy to walk into the town or to the beach on the estuary. Yachats is one of our favourite towns on the coast and Lauren’s is now one of our favourite places to stay.

Management gave clear directions on what to do to check in and out. Place was clean and just what we wanted. Fun area and was definitely a nice place for the family. Kids loved the cabin and enjoyed the stay. We will be back!

It was a comfortable, cute cottage close to the ocean. We enjoyed our time there. FYI: the Vacasa phone numbers on the site are non working. It would be good to have a phone number to call on the Air B and B site to call in case of emergency.

Very relaxing getaway, just a few blocks from the beach. Very beautiful views and near great beaches and restaurants. Very walkable and dog friendly area. Fireplace was soothing and relaxing

My family and I had a great time staying here. It was quiet, peaceful, and the views were incredible. The beds were very comfortable and although we didn’t need to use them, there were plenty of fans and space heaters in all rooms. Very nice wide open space and actually comfortable couches (which sadly is kind of rare at air bnbs). It was great sitting on the back porch just watching and hearing the river while enjoying an adult beverage. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we were able to cook some great meals. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully for a longer time.

Such a beautiful and peaceful property. The ocean view can't be beat and we loved staying at the end of the private lane. There's a fun pathway from the house to the beach.

This house was perfect! We plan to rent it again. Great location if you like being out in the woods. Tabatha checked in daily which was nice as well. The house was clean, spacious and plenty of room for us and most importantly our dogs were welcome.

This home is absolutely magical! We visited for a long weekend and truly felt like we had escaped to our own private oasis. The views are nothing short of spectacular, and the local deer added such a charming, peaceful touch to our mornings. Every detail in the home is thoughtful and inviting — comfortable, beautifully designed, and perfectly situated to take in the breathtaking scenery both inside and out. Andy was an exceptional host, quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. We loved it so much, we extended our stay another night! Thank you, Andy, for sharing this incredible space. We can’t wait to return!

This place is a little slice of heaven. It was so cozy and peaceful. I’ve never slept so easily away from home before. It’s such a beautiful drive to get there as well. I’m so grateful a place like this exists and that the hosts are generous enough to share the space with people passing through. It really felt so special there. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. :) It was so much better than staying somewhere owned by a big company running a chain of rentals, you can tell this place has a lot of love put into it

Amazing views. Description and photos are accurate. All appliances worked. Comfortable beds. Well stocked. Grace was great at communicating. Stairs to front door are pretty long so recommending discussing with owner if you have trouble navigating steep stairwells.

Clean, clearly described, nice neighborhood

this place is an absolute gem. the decor is art! I'm pretty sure a lot of the details are hand made like the curtains and the rods, and the entire place has had a lot of thought and a lot of love poured into it. we did the best we could to follow all of the cleaning instructions, but we did forget to empty the coffee basket! sorry! we had a fantastic swim in the sun, played monopoly, watched movies and enjoyed family time. thanks to a pair wonderful hosts that had a well put together list of things we would need, we were well prepared and knew what to expect ahead of time so everything went without any hiccups. thanks for a fantastic vacation! we hope to catch an opening again next year and become repeat guests! we love the siletz riverhouse!

a nice comfortable place. not the best heating but was ok. clean and e neat. would stay there again. thank you for sharing your home. very dog friendly.
