Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Newton County

This was my first AirBnb and I was skeptical and didn’t know what to expect. Chris made everything easy and the place was just like the pictures. Due to my experience I will definitely be using AirBnb again

Charming apartment, safe gated, quiet community. Pool is super close and looked nice but I did not use it. Great place for dogs lots of grass around

It's close to Emory University, a few minutes drive away, and the host communicates with the host. Parking is convenient, although the room is not big, but it is a pleasant stay.

This place exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described (if not better). The host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and private. Every detail, from the comfortable bed to the little touches like fresh towels and outside gazebos made this feel like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience!

This apartment is in a great location - close to downtown Roswell and to 400. There is a good amount of parking and great internet and TV. This is an excellent option for a longer term stay in the area. Very nice host - super helpful.

This place was awesome! It was the perfect place for us and our two dogs to stay while celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. Shannon was an excellent host. Her recommendations for local food were on point and she was quick to answer any questions we had. Overall a great experience for our first time using AirB&B!

This was a last minute booking as we had asbestos in our home and had to leave for four days while it was handled. This home is just as pictured, clean, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy to communicate with the owner and one small minor issue was handled by him personally. I highly recommend this home for anyone coming to the area.

My bridal party and I came to Atalanta for my bachelorette weekend and I am so glad we chose this home for the weekend! Beautiful and clean home. Beds were super comfortable. Host communication was amazing from the time of booking until we checked out. Always a quick response. I really appreciated the fact they allowed the extra bonus of having my room and living room decorated for the theme of my bachelorette weekend at the time of my arrival. It was beautiful and made my weekend even better! 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

This is a great air bnb & a beautiful home. Everything was exactly as described and looks just like the pictures! The living room/ kitchen area is the highlight of the home to me. Tall ceilings, beautiful lighting, & spacious. The outside patio is also great, screened in to keep the bugs out and there’s a Tv! The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The host was very helpful and quick with communication! I have nothing but great things to say about this Airbnb! I would definitely recommend 10/10!

I enjoyed the host she was very nice she left us with a goody basket of house essentials. Over i would stay again the beds were very comfy.

Words cannot describe our stay, we loved staying in Gladys home for our eventful weekend. Although it rained, we still had a wonderful stay. Her home was clean and tidy. All the amenities were just as she said. We were cool and comfortable and it felt like HOME. Thank you Gladys for accommodating us for this past weekend. I hope in the future that we can stay again. A great place to stay at for a couple of nights. Very private and peaceful! It ls quiet and no interruptions for you to relax, work and sleep.

I felt right at home soon as I entered. Had a mini fridge and a microwave in the room and was responsive when needed. I'll definitely stay again.
