Holiday rentals with a patio in Ngatangiia District

What a briliant start to a long awaited Cook Island adventure (after a hectic departure - almost didnt make it thanks to airline mess up) Simon picked us up from the airport and then filled us in on the drive to the accommodation, stopping and pointing out places to eat, beach acccess points and heaps more. We d3cided to rent a car for one day as we were only on Raro for 3 and that was a great idea being able to take back roads, stop and start at whim and just feel we got a better sense of the place. We're off to Aitutaki now but will definitely be returning to Rarotonga in the future. Simon and Denise were great hosts...there if you needed with lots of help and hints but certainly left us alone if we were happy. Thanks for a brilliant first impression...they always stick. Beautiful new apartment fully self-contained with some lovely touches. Peaceful location well away from main road, it was both private and relaxing. Everything we needed was within short distance from this location. Very helpful host made our stay very comfortable.

Lovely stay in penthouse. Beautiful views and short walk to peaceful beach with loungers. As mentioned in the description, there is a nightly ‘dog chorus’ but that’s not controllable as they seem to be scattered around the island. Overall I would definitely recommend this place- the grounds are well-cared for and the amenities, view and location are fabulous

Just came back from Raro with my husband and teen daughter. Tara's place was exactly as described, beautiful surroundings, a short walk from the beach, bars, convenience store and night market. The unit offered 2 ensuite bedrooms which was perfect for my daughter. The views are splendid. We used the pool a few times and it was a nice place to chill after coming from the beach or a day out. The place offered everything we needed and Tara was very generous allowing us to check in a bit earlier. Great communication, simple instructions, all you need when you go to a new place where you are not familiar with anything. She also organised our transfers to/fro airport and made our stay a breeze. The car was a great plus and allowed us to come and go freely. Communication with Joy was also amazing during our stay, checking in with us if we needed anything. Highly recommend Tara's place. It made our stay a breeze, like the overall vibe of Raro. Thanks Tara, we'll come back soon :)

Avana Bridge Homestead is a lovely cottage that met all our needs as a family of 5. Stand-out features are the fans in every bedroom, the and crabs on the property and the very friendly cat! Josh was super responsive, flexible and accommodating. We would recommend staying here.

We had the best stay at James’ place. He and his family made us feel welcome and were especially good with our 1 year old son who loved playing with the dogs, cats and chickens. Would recommend staying here to anyone. We thought Aroa was the best part of the island. Great snorkelling at the beach a minutes walk away too. 5 stars from us!

We had the most amazing time at Starboard which was pure paradise. From the moment we arrived, the stunning ocean views took our breath away, and the villa itself was better than the photos. The infinity pool was our daily retreat, we couldn't get enough of it. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the complimentary coffee, fruit, and fresh bread were great touches. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean each morning was a highlight. While the beach in front of the villa is more for sunbaking than swimming, the pool more than made up for it. Muri Beach is also just a short drive away and perfect for swimming. Having the car included was amazing. It made exploring the island, going to dinners, and doing day tours really easy. Our host Anita went above and beyond to assist us during our stay (including meeting us at the airport on the final day to collect the car) - the epitome of a super host. Don’t hesitate - book now!

A beautiful home with a fabulous pool. Very private and really comfortable beds. Towels and pool towels were supplied and the kitchen was well equipped.

Joseph and Odette were warm and hospitable. Their place was clean and they were reachable at any point if we needed anything. Gracious hosts, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Rarotonga at Addrienne's Air bnb. Firstly was greeted by Tama at the airport and we followed him back to the house. So was a smooth checkin. It was very peaceful, beautiful scenery over looking the airport and ocean. Rooms were very spacious, big kitchen, out door area was great and the pool.was a bonus with the hot and humid weather. Bambam and Evie were such beautiful dogs and were very placid and enjoyed the company. They would always greet you in the morning or when you return home. Overall we all had a fantastic stay and definetly would recommend it.

Thank you Teuira for a lovely stay! The house was stocked up with all the possible necessities that you may require. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of appliances and an abundance of kitchen ware. The facilities were clean and up to date. Some photos made the space look smaller, but it was very spacious and very clean. As mentioned cellular connection is limited. But a wifi hotspot works just fine and we had no issues browsing the web. Overall we would definitely recommend this spot.

We absolutely loved Diane's place. It was perfect for our group of six. It felt homely, restful and everything we needed. The view was amazing and so wonderful having the pool and beach right there. We didn't want to leave. A real treasure. We also appreciated the availability of kayaks, snorkel gear, aqua shoes and beach towels. A huge thanks to Diane and her team.
