Holiday rentals with a patio in Ngatangiia District

What a briliant start to a long awaited Cook Island adventure (after a hectic departure - almost didnt make it thanks to airline mess up) Simon picked us up from the airport and then filled us in on the drive to the accommodation, stopping and pointing out places to eat, beach acccess points and heaps more. We d3cided to rent a car for one day as we were only on Raro for 3 and that was a great idea being able to take back roads, stop and start at whim and just feel we got a better sense of the place. We're off to Aitutaki now but will definitely be returning to Rarotonga in the future. Simon and Denise were great hosts...there if you needed with lots of help and hints but certainly left us alone if we were happy. Thanks for a brilliant first impression...they always stick. Beautiful new apartment fully self-contained with some lovely touches. Peaceful location well away from main road, it was both private and relaxing. Everything we needed was within short distance from this location. Very helpful host made our stay very comfortable.

This accommodation is in a fantastic location in Muri, set against a lush green mountain backdrop with pigs, chickens, and a rooster adding to the charm. Outside my villa there were workers cutting down two coconut trees, one worker offered to cut open a coconut. What a great local experience. Muri Beach is just across the road, with free use of sun loungers. It’s also very close to the night market and local shops. The villa is brand new, well-equipped with kitchen supplies, offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The owners communicated promptly and were very helpful. A truly unforgettable moment happened at the airport—I met the owner, who is also a pilot, and he invited me to sit in the jump seat during the flight to Aitutaki. Watching the landing from the cockpit was a magical and memorable experience, and the highlight of my holiday in the Cook Islands. Thank you!

Lovely stay in penthouse. Beautiful views and short walk to peaceful beach with loungers. As mentioned in the description, there is a nightly ‘dog chorus’ but that’s not controllable as they seem to be scattered around the island. Overall I would definitely recommend this place- the grounds are well-cared for and the amenities, view and location are fabulous

Just came back from Raro with my husband and teen daughter. Tara's place was exactly as described, beautiful surroundings, a short walk from the beach, bars, convenience store and night market. The unit offered 2 ensuite bedrooms which was perfect for my daughter. The views are splendid. We used the pool a few times and it was a nice place to chill after coming from the beach or a day out. The place offered everything we needed and Tara was very generous allowing us to check in a bit earlier. Great communication, simple instructions, all you need when you go to a new place where you are not familiar with anything. She also organised our transfers to/fro airport and made our stay a breeze. The car was a great plus and allowed us to come and go freely. Communication with Joy was also amazing during our stay, checking in with us if we needed anything. Highly recommend Tara's place. It made our stay a breeze, like the overall vibe of Raro. Thanks Tara, we'll come back soon :)

Avana Bridge Homestead is a lovely cottage that met all our needs as a family of 5. Stand-out features are the fans in every bedroom, the and crabs on the property and the very friendly cat! Josh was super responsive, flexible and accommodating. We would recommend staying here.

We LOVE staying here - This is our second time! And we will stay again next time we are in Rarotonga. The pictures are exactly what you get. Tia is very responsive and helpful. If you have a family with kids, or a blended family this is for you. Or even just you and a partner to have all the space :) Thank you again for having us We look forward to next time x

A beautiful home with a fabulous pool. Very private and really comfortable beds. Towels and pool towels were supplied and the kitchen was well equipped.

I booked this property for my dad & his two friends to celebrate his retirement. They intended to go to Rarotonga to relax, snorkel, do some fishing & sightseeing around the island. His words “My review of Puretu's Beachfront House 4- a truly idyllic setting. Any closer and you would be in the water. Central to all things Rarotongan. Charlies is walking distance Muri market 2 mins and the best snorkeling is off the deck. Comfortable practical house has all the basics. We'll be back Elizabeth thankyou so much🎣🏌️‍♀️🍻”

We had a wonderful stay at Amori Villa. The house is spacious, wonderfully decorated and well situated, with a short drive to a number of wonderful snorkelling beaches, town for groceries and anything else you could want. Our family absolutely loved our time here. Communication from the hosts was excellent and they were always eager to help and point us in the right direction. Thank you for an amazing stay! We hope to be back one day and would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Rarotonga at Addrienne's Air bnb. Firstly was greeted by Tama at the airport and we followed him back to the house. So was a smooth checkin. It was very peaceful, beautiful scenery over looking the airport and ocean. Rooms were very spacious, big kitchen, out door area was great and the pool.was a bonus with the hot and humid weather. Bambam and Evie were such beautiful dogs and were very placid and enjoyed the company. They would always greet you in the morning or when you return home. Overall we all had a fantastic stay and definetly would recommend it.

Joseph and Odette were warm and hospitable. Their place was clean and they were reachable at any point if we needed anything. Gracious hosts, highly recommend.

Thank you Teuira for a lovely stay! The house was stocked up with all the possible necessities that you may require. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of appliances and an abundance of kitchen ware. The facilities were clean and up to date. Some photos made the space look smaller, but it was very spacious and very clean. As mentioned cellular connection is limited. But a wifi hotspot works just fine and we had no issues browsing the web. Overall we would definitely recommend this spot.
