I loved this apartment, it's clean, bright, and spacious. Internet was very strong (room has its own wifi). The kitchen is well stocked. It's close to the beach and tourist area. They also have 2 little dogs and a cat that live on the ground floor, you might get to meet them :) The only potential downside I would say is because its on one of the main tourist streets, there is noise at night. Wouldn't recommend if you are an early or sensitive sleeper.

great apt and very clean and spacious. grabs were a little inconvenient to order since usually went to the gate but not a huge deal. not much around however. gym was difficult to find and figure out. requires payment according to host.

I booked two serviced apartment rooms as a family and stayed. First of all, the host communicates very quickly. As explained by the room condition and everything, I also assigned a taxi to the accommodation. The communication with the driver was perfect. There were young children, so I was worried about all the transportation stays. Huyen's kind guidance was also a very happy family trip. Even after I've been there, my other family members made a reservation from April 11th to 16th. Highly recommend. Huyen! I appreciate all your help. The apartment is very spacious and located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. It also offers access to a pool, which was a nice bonus. The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. It's a bit further away from the center, so there are fewer dining options nearby.

I absolutely loved my stay here. Not only was the space quite nice, the location was seriously perfect — it's only a couple blocks from the beach and steps from tons of great cafes, restaurants and pubs. Plus, the shower was hands-down the best I've experienced anywhere in SE Asia. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a extended stay at Tra's place and we just loved it! The place is clean, quiet and peaceful to work in. The place has lots of light and sunshine and the view is beautiful, we can even see the sea from the balcony. This apartment is new and has a modern style, which is really nice. We enjoyed being at 10 minutes from the beach, which we enjoy a lot. The place offers a lot of convenience store, as well as an excellent (e-coffee) shop. The brewery is also a great find! I was looking for a place a bit away from the city and I just love the peace and quiet of the place and its surrender. The communication with Tra was great, friendly and responsive from the start. He made sure the place was cleaned and left some local fruit for us to enjoy! I would definitely come back again. I can't recommend Tra's place enough!

Apartment bordered by Muongtan Luxury Hotel. Just across the road right in front of My Khe Beach There are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. It's not as luxurious as a hotel, but The interior of the building is tidy and the facilities are good for the price. (Excluding the balcony, it is almost exactly as pictured) There is a security guard at the entrance of the building If you don't have a key, don't use the elevator. Because I can't do it, security is good. There is a washing machine in the apartment, so you can do your laundry (it's nice that you can also wash your swimsuit). Induction stove, microwave, coffee pot, and fridge and There are cooking utensils such as pots, frying pans, and tableware, so you can make and eat. (Since it's a Lunar New Year, restaurants are closing the door, so I made it in advance at Big Sea.) It's a high floor, so it looks good. The best is the host! They're quick to answer questions and help guests I'm trying. (There are a lot of hosts who look at customers, but I was honest because the host was young and didn't feel like a tourist attraction) Because I'm going on a long-term trip for 2-3 weeks in the winter I use a lot of Airbnb.. gia hung is the best host I've ever had! Next time I come to Da Nang I will book the place in gia hung

I stayed for 5 nights after arriving in Da Nang. There is a little distance from the beach, but it was nice that the nearby restaurants and massage pubs were made.

The view of the living room and master bedroom was so nice, and there were so many marts and restaurants on the first floor of the apartment, so it was very convenient. I was also able to see the fireworks festival from the rooftop. I want to come again next time. I recommend it~

It was the best accommodation! I think Residence B is the best location even in the Hyatt, but it was on the first floor of Residence B, so it was a great addition! The swimming pool is nearby, and the playground is connected to the yard, so I used it comfortably! The host was really friendly, and he responded quickly, so there was no inconvenience ~ I'm going to book here again next time! ^ ^

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.

Great place, looking exactly like the photos. The team was really nice and responsive. The location was great for us as well with plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

My family love this villa. Perfect sea view and pool. 1 minute to the beach. Daisy is very nice and helpful. She arranged everything for our stay here . I will recommend this villa to everyone.

If there is a problem in the accommodation or a request, the host actively tries to solve it. Excellent guidance on local attractions. But the resort's lifeguards are a little scary...

It is the best family retreat. You can stay in the villa and relax in the hot weather without walking around a lot. In the villa, you can also use breakfast directly as room service when ordering separately, and Grab is also available, but you can also use a car comfortably without much difference. The villa has all the tools to make food, so it would be a good idea to buy something to eat in advance at Lotte Mart, etc. The villa staff are all nice and friendly.

The villa has a lovely location only steps from the beach. The situation is perfect and only a short ride away from many restaurants and bars. The host is very responsive and his colleague Kimtien was extremely helpful and ready to advise us on local activities without being intrusive in any way. We had a great day with her in the Bana Hills.

Could not express enough how much we loved this place. My wife and 4 kids would have stayed a lot longer, there’s so much to do on and off the resort everything was perfect. Definitely staying here again!

Perfect villa if travelling as a big family. We just asked if we could rent bed guards and host advised us to check with the resort but to our surprise, host prepared floor mattress for our little kids. Amazed by the level of hospitality and promptness of all communications. Would def go back next time if we go back to Danang.
