We had the most wonderful stay at Kim’s. After having a rather full on trip so far we wanted to relax at the beach but have the option to venture into town and Kim’s place was perfect for this. Kim also organised a snorkelling trip, airport pick up and drop off and our washing! She also cooked up a delightful breakfast every morning - really going above and beyond host duties we felt. If you’re looking for somewhere a little bit chill and but still close enough to Hoi An centre, walkable distance to the beach and multiple coffee and food eateries - this is a perfect place to relax!

Had a lovely time at the hotel, the people at the reception were very helpful and friendly and the room had everything we needed .The location was great with cafés, restaurants and grocery stores around and lots to do in the area. It’s a short walk to the beach and centrally located to visit the other attractions like Marble Mountains and Linh Ung Pagoda. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Da Nang!

A very beautiful apartment worth staying in. Was exactly like the photos and a very comfortable stay. Everything is very close and central, also a perfect place for if you are doing tourist activities as it’s a prime place to be picked up from. Overall a 10/10, definitely worth it

I stayed here for 6 days. I was totally satisfied with the room. This truly is a lovely, welcoming, authentic, peaceful, and relaxing place to stay. The room is well appointed and felt homely. The property is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood. The location is close enough to the main town, and the local beaches. The host is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

If you are coming to Danang/Hoian and not stay at The Point Villa, then you are missing the best hospitality and the luxury. These guys take so good care, the host, the manager, the butler, the house keeping.....wow. All are good.

Usually, I'm not a big fan of Hotels, but this one was very pleasant to stay at 🤩. Lovely staff, a nice view, and communication going smoothly 👌

We had a really nice stay , looked like the photos and was very pleased for the quiet after flying from Bangkok. it's a little far out, bit easy to grab a taxi or bike to the beach. The staff were also very nice and always helpful.

I initially booked 5 rooms for 10paxs last min due to some changes i have take up 4 rooms for 9paxs Minh was flexible and accomdating refund me back the balance.The Hotel was clean and quite for those who really want to have a good relaxed nearby are all small inn and hotel.Location toward city and beach by car approximately 7-10min ride.Vinmart about 13 min walking distance. Breakfast of the day there are some changes in their menu daily.Overall we had a great stayed.Will recommend others to this Pandora Boutique Villa. Things that can improved: 1.Cooker hood -Install too low with no sharp edge protector one may hit the head if not careful. 2.Water pressure in the room 405 is weak not able to use the rain shower. 3.No coffee mug for hot beverage except glasses and tea cups. 4.Wardrobe pole hangar fixture way too high. The only girl who spoke English at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Very nice apartment, super comfortable, exactly like on the pictures. Super services included, no bad surprise, people were responsive and very attentive to our needs. I really recommend this accommodation !

Highly recommend!We had the best airbnb experience! TA boutique hotel is less than a year old and it has an amazing tropical design. Our room had spare bedroom inside with a mattress bed. The team are super kind and professional. Room service everyday,high security with 24h front desk service and everything is super clean and modern. There’s washing machine in each room also roof swimming pool which you have an amazing view of a town and the sea! They offer free amazing breakfast everyday! The location is fabulous, Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and many good cafes and restaurants. You can rent a scooter from the hotel with a good price and there’s many things to do around like surfing, visiting lady Buddha pagoda on the mountain, visiting some cities like Hoi An, my son temple in Hue and French village bana hill which they are all takes less than 2 hours. We stayed for 10 days at this place. A very nice staff cleaned the room daily. Ths location is very walkable to the beach (5 mins), to the touristy an thuong area where you will find restaurants and amenities. The room overlooks a construction site but, you have dark blinds to cover it at night and lots of sunlight and air during the day. The view is amazing on the rooftop, the pool surrounding and the lounge area could use better maintenance. For a budget stay it was worth it.

We had a great stay. Their buffets are cheap and they’re really good. The hotel staff were extremely friendly.

Stayed for 3 nights! Anna is very kind & responsive. She will take good care of you. I feel comfortable & at home. The room is cozy, comfortable beds, not hard but just right. I would stay again. :)

Overall, I really enjoyed this hotel/ airbnb. The breakfast stays at 630 am, which is great for early risers like me! However, I found most of the dishes were not hot then. This implied to me that they were leftover ?????
