The room is clean, the equipment is new, the host receives the problem and supports everything very quickly. Quite fully furnished, the common area is also a lot of items: iron, kitchen, big fridge,...Ms. Thao at Home is very enthusiastic, thoughtful and cute. Home in the street area is also quite good, moving to the central areas is also fast and easy. Thank you Home and will come back again sometime.

This unique townhouse is a true gem! With 5 en-suite bedrooms, privacy is absolutely guaranteed for everyone in your group. Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. Pros: It looks like a new or recently remodeled accommodation. The room condition and cleanliness are also very good. The host's feedback was also quick. There are only 3 rooms in the building, so it's private, and it's quiet even though it's near Group 1. This is a great place to stay for the price. Disadvantages: The water pressure on the 3rd floor is weak

Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

The place is as described. The host is kind and communicative. I loved that towels were provided a lot. Hope the best for the host and the airbnb.

Although it was a bit loud due to the area the airbnb was located in, it was still a very nice and roomy airbnb. For the most part everything was clean, I just think the floor in the living room needed some vacuuming! There were a lot of helpful amenities like a washer, hair dryer, iron, etc. The host was also very responsive and helpful when the bathroom sink handle didn’t work and fixed it right away. Overall a very nice stay!

It was very good place in the hearth of district 1. Some noise but it comes with the location.

I can't say enough good things about Duy and his apartment in D5! Very clear instructions made it very easy to find and after a very short issue with the entry code Duy was super responsive and had the whole thing resolved instantly. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. Inside was beautifully decorated,simple and spacious. Aircon worked perfectly, the bed was comfy and is very accurately listed. It was great getting to know the neighbours over the week I stayed, relaxing in one of the cafes on the street below, or exploring the local neighbourhood. The location is perfect, just minutes from local food sellers, markets, templates - don't stay here without visiting An Dong or Ho Thi Ky markets. I came to HCM for a conference which was in D1 - each morning I could take a grab and be there within 15 min, even in high traffic. Thanks again!

We loved our stay at Mekong Lounge! The studio apartment was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was clean and had a separate shower (not a wet one which was important to us)!! Water pressure is a little weak but nothing we couldn’t work with. Check in instructions included a video that made it super easy. Security was great as we were in a little communal area off the main road and the gates closed as night. Location was close to District 1 and so it was easy to get around via grab (5 minute ride or 15 minute walk but it’s really hot). Also super close to Com Tam Calamette which was our favourite meal during our time there!!! Overall we’d recommend :)

A very beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment! There are many interesting/lovely artworks hanging throughout the house. I felt very comfortable in Nhien & Tan’s apartment. They were both very helpful and friendly. Thanks to the fast internet connection, I was able to work on my laptop without any problems. Highly recommended!

Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.

Amazing place and host

On quiet street and lots of local eats on the bottom floor. Great location near bars, restaurants, street eats, live music and park. Unit itself is spacious, clean, good wifi and cold aircon. Only small complaint is I was on the upper unit and had to traverse a steep set of steal steps. Not ideal if you have small children or are physically challenged.

The apartment is located at District 4, but it is very close to District 1. Enjoyed my stay there!

The location is easy to find and the taxi can go directly to the gate. There are many foreign tourists here. There are three convenience stores, two restaurants, and a pharmacy downstairs. There is a McDonald's 300 meters away.
