Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nguyen Thai Binh

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

This was our first time in Vietnam and we noticed Yen’s listing to be a rare find — we had to book. From check-in to check-out, Yen was responsive, flexible, friendly, and overall one of the best hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

Both hosts were very responsive and super nice! We had a couple special requests as we were traveling with some large items! They were promptly responsive to our requests, and made us feel safe. I stayed at Igo House for a month and truly loved every minute of it! The place is super cute, very clean, and the location is unbeatable! The apartment itself is small and simple, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s perfect for a short trip to the city. For a first-time visit to Saigon, you really can’t beat the location, everything is within walking distance: food, massages, coffee shops, shopping, and even nightlife. The host is extremely responsive and always made sure I had everything I needed, which made the stay even better. It is a bit on the pricey side, and after getting to know Saigon more, you might find areas with more spacious and luxurious options for the same price or even less but for a first-time visit or a short stay, Igo House is a great choice. I’d definitely recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This listing has the perfect location and the host has been very helpful recommending places to visit. There are few things to note, to reach the place you have to walk up the stairs and the place is not pristine clean but it has its charm, spacious, homey, and well decorated. The place is also not soundproof and has plenty of natural light coming in. If you are particular about cleanliness and a light sleeper, maybe consider this. I consider myself one, but really, I could not complain. Clean after yourself, bring earplugs and eyeshade, and you have everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay and helping us explore Ho Chi Minh.

Amazing location, awesome host. what else can you ask for. everything you need as a tourist is near by and Lan does a great job in helping out. This was my first visit to Vietnam and on my second visit, the only place I will book is Lan's. it's a no brainer.

We stayed at this Airbnb for four days. The apartment is beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, cosy, and had everything we needed. The balcony was our favourite spot – perfect for relaxing in the morning or evening. The location is unbeatable – super central and just an 8–9 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market. There are cafes, restaurants, nail salons, spas, and even a mini mart right downstairs, which made everything incredibly convenient. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was peaceful and quiet at night, and we always slept well. Overall, a very clean, well-kept, and welcoming space. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

Nice, quiet area of district one. Check in is simple and the building elevators are not as busy as other buildings. The room is clean and spacious. Perfect for working or relaxing. One of my favorite buildings to stay in.

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Great place. Very responsive host/manager, they would still respond and resolve a problem even at 2AM. Location is close to all the places you want to visit.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

A wonderful apartment in a safe & beautiful building. Getting anywhere by grab is so easy and convenient, probably even walkable, but it rained quite a bit when we visited. The view of the city skyline from the big window isn’t even pictured, so that was an amazing surprise upon arrival. My Hanh helped us with our luggage storage even after check-in and was a great host, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
