Welcome to Shiloh Place! Our spacious (1400sqft) 3 bedroom, lower level/basement apartment. In a peaceful suburban setting, just minutes away from everything Buffalo/Niagara Falls has to offer! Within one minute of Erie Canal walking/biking paths, kayak/boat launch, golf course, grocery stores, restaurants, wine/beer stores, and so much more! Come, and be refreshed! CEILINGS ARE LOW, just under 7 feet. Also, we live above, so you may hear normal apartment sounds. NO CABLE TV, but we have ROKU.

10 minutes to Niagara Falls and 20 minutes to Buffalo, this riverfront home offers 2 first floor bedrooms, private bath and semi-private living room with fpl & piano (we just pass thru). Also a private enclosed porch perfect for watching boats & sipping cocktails at the end of a day of sightseeing. Local history abounds in this 1930s home that once operated as a neighborhood corner store. There's a sunken ferry boat just off the dock and lots of old bottles near a former amusement park.
