Monthly Rentals in Nicholls

Pancy's apartment was ideal for me, in a great location, especially being upstairs from Le Bon Melange, a fantastic patisserie. There are plenty of excellent take-away and restaurant options nearby, and if you don't have a car it's only a few minutes walk to the light-rail stop if you want to travel into the city. The clear instructions and labels on all the doors (eg. cutlery, plates etc) made finding and using everything simple, and were a great idea! Pancy was also accommodating when I asked to stay for an extra half-day, at a reasonable price. This made check-out and and travelling to the airport much less stressful.

Crace is a very lovely suburb and the house was quite spacious and well maintained. 2 minutes away there was a supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants and other retailers. Plenty of parks and playgrounds for children. The National Dinosaur museum was fantastic. Also there is a bus stop very close to the house so easy to get to city and other places. We were very happy.

Helen was very responsive and helpful. The photos of the place could be updated as it looks better in real than on the pictures :-) The area is super quiet and we enjoyed our stay!

I had a great stay in Tamir's apartment. The location was really fabulous: close enough to the airport and great for getting to a course we were attending in Sutton. The supermarkets, and shopping centres were only 10 minutes walk, along with good quality, well priced Asian restaurants. My colleague and I appreciated having our own space in the apartment, with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. The communication from the hosts was awesome; always prompt, friendly and informative. I'd definitely stay again when I'm back in Canberra. Thanks so much.
