It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Nice and warm country house to satisfy young and old. Located in the Belgian Ardennes, in the municipality of Bastogne, just 10 minutes from the Luxembourg border. In order to respect and preserve the tranquility of the village, noise outside the house must be avoided after 10pm. For safety reasons, the accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 15 people (including babies). Recharging electric vehicles is not allowed.

My place is in the middle of nature on the outskirts of Kersch and yet only 15 minutes by car from the city center of Trier, 30 minutes from Luxembourg Airport. You'll love my place because of the coziness of the old estate, high rooms, nature, views over extensive fields, quiet location, relaxation. Large garden behind the house. 50 m further children's playground at the village fountain. .

Si vous souhaitez découvrir la région, vous pourrez faire de la randonnée dans les environs. La maison dispose d’un garage où vous pouvez garer vos 🏍 et 🚲. Le garage est trop petit pour une voiture.
