The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, nur 8 Min. Fußweg zum ÖPNV, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Stadt und im Gewerbegebiet (Supermärkte). 15 Min. Fußweg zur Therme und zum Kurpark. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster liegt einem die Stadt Bergzabern mit dem Schloss zu Füßen. Der Jakobsweg die Südroute geht bei mir vorbei.

Our vacation home "Alte Goldschmiede" in Klingenmünster in the South Palatinate is a design-oriented, lovingly furnished house with a total of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, study, living room, dining room and high-quality kitchen. Our house is located in the beautiful southern Palatinate – due to the often sunny weather also called Tuscany Germany. The border with France is only ten minutes that way. The beautiful French Wissembourg can be reached in fifteen minutes.

The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
