In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
