The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. My penthouse apartment with large roof terrace, quiet location and view over the rooftops of Kemptens is located in the center of our beautiful city. All important locations are within walking distance, in the mountains you are by car within 20 minutes. The Allgäu Forum shopping center is about a 5-10 minute walk. So my apartment is perfect for those who want to relax, enjoy the Allgäu, or discover the mountains sporty!

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, etc. can be stored in the basement. A parking space in the yard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.

We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
