Also spacious private basement available, beach sail, beach chairs, beach toys... In the summer, a quiet summer bar "Il Giardino" is available in front of the apartment building. Free outdoor parking available within walking distance. Bed linen and bath towels are to be brought by yourself.

I work with a key box. I do not offer any extra services. No TV.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor with frontal sea view and rear view to the marina. All necessities including bed linen, towels, hair dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, mixer, as well as water and electricity included in the price. Private garage (under the building) possible, from April 1 to October 31 10€/night, from November 1 to March 31, price on request. Entrance height 1.95m.

Tijdens juli en augustus enkel te huur vanaf zaterdag tot zaterdag (voor 1 of meerdere weken), met week- of maandkorting.
