Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

The cottage is separate from our private house and has its own entrance. You have access to your own toilet, shower and kitchen. In addition, you can open the French doors and sit on your own terrace or relax in the hammock. Due to its location, this is a perfect base for walks and bike rides.

We rent out 4 connected 4-person holiday homes on our rural plot of approximately 1.5 hectares. These are fully furnished for a pleasant stay. On the large plot, there are plenty of places to enjoy the tranquility, sun (or shade) and nature. The jeu de boules court or table tennis invite you to play.

De sunny green is een tiny house gelegen in een rustige buitenbuurt van Gent. (4 kilometer van het stadscentrum!) Inchecken op zaterdag en zondag om 15:00 Inchecken van maandag -vrijdag vanaf 18:00. uitchecken om 12:00 de volgende dag.
