Our complex is open all year and consists 5 apartments of different sizes and facilities. Built in accordance with the strict skyrian rules of architecture and decoration, the apartments attract the attention of sophisticated and conscious visitor, who is willing to take a walk in order to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the traditional Chora and the location of the apartments. Due to the absolute tranquility, the strictly traditional ambience and the enchanting view over the whole Chora up to the monastery, there are no parking possibilities near the building. However there is a steep concrete street available for transport as well as loading and unloading luggage. The street requires a car with four-wheel drive. Long term parking is not allowed here Apartment 3: for 1 person (14m2) 1st Floor - cypress green (Owner residence - agreement on a monthly basis) Entrance courtyard (8m2). Small cafe table and director's chair with a fantastic view over the village, monastery and castle. Apartment (14m2): This room contains a single bed, wardrobe, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and W / C. 2.50 m2 a small veranda overlooking the village and the castle

Renovated this winter of 2020 with respect and love to the island's traditional architecture. The house consists of an open space without separate rooms.

Η παραλία Ασπούς έχει πεντάκάθαρα, γαλαζοπράσινα νερά με άμμο τόσο στο βυθό οσο και στην ακτή.

Ήσυχο και ασφαλές περιβάλλον. Η οικία είναι ισόγεια,έχει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο, μεγάλη πλήρη κουζίνα,μεγάλη αυλή,πέργκολες όπου μπορείτε να θαυμάσετε τη φύση όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας και να παίξουν παιδιά.Απλό λιτό εσωτερικά. Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και εξόπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για μιά άνετη και σύγχρονη διαβίωση. Η θέα από όλα τα ανοίγματα είναι μοναδική!

It felt like home. The house was beautiful, super comfortable and exactly as in the pictures. The location was great, really calm and quiet and walking distance from the beach, tavernas and markets. Sophia was super kind and helpful and even got us some incredible ice cream! I would love to stay again!

Euphrosyne's house is an absolutely gorgeous and traditional Sporades home. I would recommend it to anyone coming to stay in Skyros, and they made us so welcome in time for the carnival. The house was clean and everything was perfect. Beautiful views and I can rate this place high enough.

(Three-week stay at the end of September, as a couple) Simple, clean and functional studio with a large covered veranda. Comfortable bed, wardrobe for clothes and large practical storage drawers. The shower would benefit from panels rather than curtains to avoid wetting the bathroom floor. Otherwise it has good pressure and there is no shortage of hot water. Kelly gives good advice, is responsive, available even remotely and responds proactively. From mid-September some restaurants and beach bars close for the season but there are still several others still open. Quiet location, surrounded by sand with views of fishing boats, the hilltop village, the changing light on the cliffs of the south of the island that closes the bay, in short a soothing place! Thanks Kelly!

I would like to start the evaluation of our stay at Tiny house by referring to George our host. He is a wonderful host, very welcoming and friendly, kind and discreet. Immediately available when I had to bother him. His instructions for our arrival were accurate and even though we were visiting beautiful Skyros for the first time, we found the house very easily! George's house is like a fairytale. A really small house, perfect for 2-3 people. Next to one of the most beautiful and cosmopolitan beaches of the island and in a spot with absolute privacy and delightful quiet! Spotless, with great aesthetics and decor, comfortable mattresses and pillows for perfect sleep, equipped with all the essentials. In addition, it has an amazing private courtyard with beautiful trees, prickly pear, pomegranate trees, etc. and with unobstructed views of Skyros Chora that dominates imposing above the area "Magazia" where the tiny House is located. I highly recommend it!!!
