Holiday rentals with breakfast in Ninth Ward

We loved our stay at this gorgeous home! It’s even better than the photos— so spacious, extremely clean, great location, perfect for any type of stay. Rich was kind and responsive, letting us check in early and leave late if needed. The guide gave very clear and helpful instructions for literally everything about the home. We would absolutely book again next time we’re in New Orleans.

Really enjoyed our SECOND stay at this quaint home. We returned from 5 months ago because of the kindness and hosting skills of Linda. She is a joy and we went shopping at her floral store walking distance from her home. She is thoughtful, considerate in all areas of hospitality. She is a guests favorite for this reason. We will return as a regular. I recommend a stay here to visit New Orleans or to get away from it all and enjoy local Louisiana cuisine. Kindest regards, Burt Huete

The house was just what our family needed for our trip to NOLA. The location is perfect. It took us about 15 minutes to get to wherever we wanted to go. There are plenty of restaurants and markets close by and within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe. The house was just as described and was a nice place to come back to after a long day exploring. The hosts supplied so many things that are often forgotten by travelers. The pool was a welcome respite after a long hot day. The house provides plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. NOLA definitely has its own vibe and this house allowed us to feel like the locals during our stay. Thanks for sharing.

The Art House was the best Airbnb we have stayed. It was better than the pictures and had absolutely everything you need. Location was perfect. Safe area, close to everything. If you want a true, authentic NOLA experience, it is 100% worth staying here. We were 2 couples and each had our own bedroom with individual AC. Lovely to stay in eat a few nights, listening to music and chilling. Amazing, responsive host, would 100% book next time in NOLA. The art is amazing, true experience!

The host was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be staying here again when in the area. The backyard was perfect, and our dog loved it. Very comfortable home. We enjoyed the screened in back porch, and the crawfish table was a huge hit. We also loved the snacks, bacon, and eggs that he provided. He was very responsive any time I messaged him. Truly felt like a home away from home.

Absolutely loved Genevieve’s place. She was so responsive, the neighborhood was quiet and close to everything, and we felt so welcomed. We’ll be back!

Marcelin’s place is beautiful and comfortable. It is close to Tulane University where we had a student graduating and is easily walkable to many places and also very accessible to have a car. It comfortably fit 10 of us and the convenience of having a great breakfast every morning was a definite plus! Marcelino was very responsive when I had questions. Beautiful and peaceful place in which we highly recommend!

Kevin was able to rent me his place last minute when my prior reserved Airbnb was unavailable. The downtown location is great and very close to Canal Street with many restaurants nearby. The unit is as described and Kevin communicates well and is concerned that everything is good and you are comfortable. The only negative, as others have mentioned, is the street noise. So bring ear plugs in case you have difficultly sleeping. I would definitely stay here again.

I hesitate to share this because I want to be able to afford to stay here the next time we come lol but Megan's place was INCREDIBLE. The house was clean and comfy and was steps away from anything that might want to do. True, it was loud in the evenings—but that's because of the incredible location! You can literally sit on the porch and hear live music! So the house was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and a great location but what took it over the edge was Megan's incredible hospitality. Any time we reached out, she was quickly responsive and kind. I will be sincerely disappointed if we cannot stay here again.

I loved my stay at Le Roost! The apartment was much more spacious than I thought when I made my reservations. I felt right at home and everything about the AirBNB was positive! I hope to be able to stay at Le Roost again when I return to Ponchatoula!

We had a great stay in the guesthouse during our trip to New Orleans for Jazzfest. The location (just steps away from the park) was fantastic and parking always easy. We would definitely love to stay here again next year!

Absolutely loved finding this place last minute, it was such a pleasant surprise! Getting here was simple, parking was no hassle, and accessing the house was a breeze. The space was both cozy and spacious, perfect for our large family. The homey decorations added a lovely touch. What truly makes this AirBNB stand out is the charming neighborhood and secure environment. This place radiates good vibes, and we’ll definitely be back. I did read other reviews beforehand, so I knew about the single bathroom plug, no TV in one bedroom, and the bright morning light in the backroom. Waking up at 8 am wasn't bad though, with the beautiful magnolia trees outside offering a delightful view. Honestly, this place is a true gem.

Heather's place was the perfect size and location for our trip. Steps away from the trolley, a very convenient corner liquor store 2 buildings away, and a few other restaurants and such in walking distance. There was no musty smell, which I've found to be a recurring issue at places that I've stayed in New Orleans. Heather was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at Mia's place!! We picked up our friend from CA at the airport and wanted to stop and provision before we got to the apartment and Mia was not only accommodating to our loose schedule but recommended a store that would be on our way and nearby! The apartment is really awesome - good kitchen and coffee making options, funky bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and fantastic shower, but the best part is the common space! There's a big dining table (great for games on a rainy day or lazy night), a very cool and cozy sitting area that has a stereo that should be turned to 90.7 for the full NOLA experience 😉 The tv area is also a great spot to enjoy morning coffee, watch tv, or sit and plan your day's adventures. Re: the tv area - if you find yourself wondering why your device isn't charging you should check that you aren't using a switched outlet... We had a wonderful time there and Mia is a great host, we are already looking forward to going back!!

The bnb was pristinely clean and beautiful! The back porch was a nice touch for our Sunday breakfast. Everyone felt safe, and slept very well. Safe neighborhood, and centrally located to many attractions. We’ll definitely utilize this bnb again for future visits.

This was an incredible place to stay while visiting New Orleans. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Frenchmen Street for great live music, and everything else is easily accessible on foot. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the self-serve breakfast had a great variety, which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

I booked this place for my husband's birthday celebration for an overnight stay in Hammond. This is a GEM.. it is exceptionally charming with a beautiful balcony to sit out and enjoy the yard full of trees and birds. It is one of those places you come back renewed and inspired from. The morning breakfast felt complete with its eggs, croissant, yogurt parfait and bacon. David was very polite, helpful and was responsive. We had little trouble connecting on the day of check-in as we were trying to find out if we could do an early check-in. It took a few calls to receive a call back. but once we got there, all went well. For guests booking this place, note that Marie Antoinette suite only has a bathtub to soak in and take a bath. it has a handheld shower in it.. but you can't stand to take a shower. I didn't pay close attention to the pictures.. and found out after we got there. but it wasn't a big deal as we were there only one night.

This house was amazing, in a great neighborhood! Jeffrey and Ursula are very welcoming and respond quickly to all questions/concerns. We had everything we needed to make our stay complete!! This my husband’s second stay in this home….we would definitely recommend it!!

Can’t wait to visit Michelle’s again! The inn was so comfortable and the room met all of our need down to a great ceiling fan and handy shelves in the bathroom. Michelle and Bob went out of their way to MAKE us a tasty, hot vegan breakfast each morning and were so friendly yet so chill. 5 stars all around!

Wonderful location! Felt right at home, was perfect for our birthday celebration visit. Space was comfortable and very clean. Loved the courtyard sitting space!
