Monthly Rentals in Nipomo

The place was neat and clean, had all the amenities listed. Plenty of space to sit and eat outside as well. Location is about 20 minutes from Pismo beach which saved a lot of travel time as well. The host was responsive and made adjustments for early check-in as well.

Nice views of the valley and hills. It's very private and quiet. Sue's place has a look of storage and for one or two people it has a lot of space. to move around. Thank Sue

First, the place is great. It is spacious, the bedrooms are large, and the view is fantastic. Being dog lovers, the highlight for us was Styx the ranch dog who kept us company all weekend. The house was clean and well stocked. The furniture is dated but comfortable. The master bathroom has a heater that made my shower very nice!

Mike’s retreat was everything we had hoped for! Quiet and secluded, with an outdoor space and grill. We were about 20 minutes from Pismo beach and hiking in Pismo Preserve. Wonderful location and close to wineries. Would love to come back!
