Cosy Flat Near Botanical Gardens

We live in the central disctict "Nippes", in one of the most typical and popular neighbourhoods of the city. Here we have parcs all around us, the river Rhine, the zoo and the botanical garden are nearby. At the same time, we are just 1km from the downtown district's limits. The trade fair grounds are about 10 minutes by car or taxi. The apartment is conveniently furnished - comfortable beds are important to us, a usable small kitchenette, a clean bathroom with tub. You have a TV with an incredible number of cable channels, and our WiFi connection is free of charge. Since we've been renting out our cute little apartment for more than 7 years, we've had many business travellers, friends and family of people from the neighborhood, and of course tourists staying with us. Many or our guests are regulars. It's a quiet, compfy place that gives you complete independence. Free parking is right around the corner, so is a bus stop. Even the subway is not far, and it takes you in a few minutes (4 stops) to the heart of the city, to the Cologne Cathedral. Naturally, bedclothes and towels are included, and we do the cleaning for you.

charmantes Apartment: hell, ruhig, zentral

We rent a newly renovated apartment with a south-facing balcony, adjacent to our own apartment. The bright apartment has a Pentry kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge and sink. It is very central - but quiet - in the heart of Nippes. Shopping, the weekly market, nice cafes, restaurants and playgrounds are within walking distance. By tram you can drive about ten minutes to the main station. The fair is also easily accessible. We look forward to seeing you!

Brand new attic apartment

If you stay at this centrally located property, your family has all the main points of contact very close to bus and train connections to the bus and train are within walking distance. Within 100 meters are supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi. 3 gas stations and a Mc Donald's. It is located on a busy road, with peak times associated with increased noise from cars & trucks,but the accommodation is equipped with triple glazed windows but still little listening

Small but nice

Enjoy a stylish stay in my perfectly located apartment in beautiful Nippes. Ideally located in a lively district of Cologne with countless shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as the U-Bahn [subway] stop Florastraße less than 100 meters away. The apartment is located in a house from the 1930s and was recently extensively renovated. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I'm not there.

Your getaway in Cologne

My apartment is located in a very quiet area, close to two tram lines, which quickly take you to the popular district of Nippes as well as the city center. A dirt path for walking or jogging starts just 300 meters away. As many other German cities, Köln imposes a tourist tax. This tax is NOT included in the price and is 5% of the gross rental price. Therefore, you will need to pay this amount in addition.

The area is very walkable to parks, restaurants and a grocery store just across the street. Public transportation super close though I walked to Cologne centre/central station and that took an hour. Highly recommend

Wow! The quality of Heike and Oliver’s place was impressive. All of the fittings, furnishings, and design were of the highest quality which made us feel at home right away. Communication was easy and proactive. We found very cute cafes in the area and everything for daily life is steps away, but still the apartment is very quiet. Kitchen is outfitted perfectly-all new everything. Close to tram lines 18 and 13 which take you anywhere in the city. Will definitely be first choice when visiting again:)

The stay was very pleasant, quiet and with a view of the green garden. The subway directly into the city was only 6 minutes away, supermarket and kiosk just around the corner and after 15 minutes walk a great street with all kinds of restaurants and cafes. Friedrich and his wife were very friendly and the room and bathroom were very clean. I'd love to come back.
