Apartment holiday rentals in Nippes

Super beautiful, totally child-friendly facility. Probably a former daycare center. There is everything you need as a family, except for cabinet locks in the open kitchen (if you also have little ones like us who love to open drawers) and the high chair at the dining table has no bar between the legs, which was not a problem for our 1 year old, because he slips through. But it is also particularly wild. Otherwise, details were thought of very lovingly and the instructions in dealing with the accommodation were also very understandable. However, be prepared for a long search for a parking space in a somewhat larger area and also for night tram traffic right outside the door. But the host is not responsible for these circumstances. Our three boys loved playing and climbing there :-)

Everything perfect. Great location, you can reach everything on foot. We felt very comfortable. Great with terrace and furniture.

The place was great. There were four of us there and we were very comfortable. The landlady is always easy to reach and super friendly. We would definitely go there again. The plus point is definitely the nearby bathing lake.☺️

Cozy, modern space. Food and necessities stores in a walkable distance. Very close to any possible public transportation you may need. House is full of cookware if you want to prepare any meals. AMAZING shower. Would love to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is not only beautiful but there is so much to do and see and great restaurants right in the area! It’s very walkable but quieter at night than other city areas. The place was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a family!

The apartment is clean, stylishly furnished and spacious. It offers everything you need for a longer stay. Only the sleeping area can be ventilated a little poorly, which is why it can get a little warmer in summer. Nevertheless, the apartment is absolutely top for the price. The landlord is extremely friendly and proactive. Thanks to clear instructions, you can move into the apartment quickly and easily. We'll be happy to come back anytime! 👍

The pictures are a little misleading, because the apartment is much more beautiful in reality. Clean, inviting and spacious. We were 4 people + a dog and everyone immediately felt at home. Lovely with parking in the basement. Henriette is a super host, quick to respond to messages. Met us at the entrance to the basement when we arrived and showed us the parking space. We got the keys to the apartment after a little tour. Everything was perfect.

Beautifully decorated apartment and it feels like home. A small terrace overlooking the small garden. We saw a little squirrel and spread the birds. A small corner of nature in town. Close-by shops and restaurants. Cologne center quickly accessible on foot or by transport (metro station 5' approx.). Small point of attention if you come by car: places available in the street but paid parking from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. (in the morning). There are plenty of possible solutions, you just have to anticipate a little.

Had a really comfortable stay here with a colleague while we were attending a conference at University of Cologne. Nice, firm beds. Great hot shower. Functional kitchen and a useful balcony. (Washing machine in the basement was very handy too!). Great location, close to cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and public transport. Trendy but also very calm. Ronald and Ute were excellent communicators and very helpful (eg quickly replacing a kettle when it suddenly stopped working). Perfect for us.

This was the best Airbnb we stayed in from all our worldly travels. They were excellent on communication, friendly upon the arrival & entire trip, even assisting us with laundry. Place was exceedingly clean, all updated and everything working. Kitchen stocked with whatever you need including many spices. (Most places dont even give you salt or pepper anymore!) The house was 5 min from a tram that took you everywhere, which was a God send for saving on transportation. A cute baby grocery store within walking distance. The back of the house has a baby forest, very very tranquil and peaceful. We loved just viewing the backyard. I would run back to this Airbnb in a heartbeat, and look forward to coming back to it. This Host could teach classes on how to be the Best Host, and my God that is needed out there these days!

Our stay at Nika's went very well! Everything is as described. We did everything on foot. Very good communication with Nika. We recommend the accommodation for 2 people. We will definitely come back if we return to Cologne. :)

Repeat traveler here. The place is spotless, perfect for a few nights in Cologne for one or two people. Plenty of good restaurants and multicultural, diverse life in the neighborhood. The local and regional train station and the subway are 5 minutes away on foot. Public transportation, Cologne central station and the trade fair are also 5-10 minutes away. Although in a busy neighborhood, Eva-Mercedes' place is well-isolated, with one side looking into a quiet, green inside park. Overall recommendable.

Excellent place in a quiet, rural NRW village. Sunny, south-side terrace with jacuzzi and a beautiful view onto grass fields, grazing horses and riding stables. Very good sauna arrangement. Comfortable bed. All windows equipped with hard shutters. Well-equipped kitchen, only sugar was missing for some reason and instead there was a curious 500g package of flour with nothing else to use it with.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It looked exactly like the photos - cozy, well-lit, and warm, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, the apartment is quiet, but very close to public transport stations and surrounded by great restaurants and cafés. Getting around the city was super easy. The communication with the host was seamless - Nils was very responsive, and provided great tips about Cologne. Great experience, and highly recommend!

Great accommodation. We felt comfortable right away. There is a lot of attention to detail here and as soon as you enter the apartment, you enter the relaxation mode. Everything you need is available and the contact with Christina and Christian was great. We will be happy to come back. :)

Freya and Stefan are great hosts, nice, warm,funny and committed to everything! You can just feel comfortable. The apartment offers the perfect ambience for this - it is absolutely centrally located with good connections to the city (also possible on foot, who likes to walk), many bars and shopping in the immediate vicinity and yet you have peace on the small beautiful terrace of the apartment! Highly recommended! You'll be happy to come back!
